We were very disappointed in our room, especially given other guests’ excellent reviews. The rooms must be highly variable in quality as we had a tiny double room, the size of a child’s bedroom, the bed against one wall so only accessible from one side or the end, the floor was sloping so all the furniture and bed on a tilt towards one wall and the bathroom was tiny. It was difficult to sit on the toilet between the wall and toilet roll holder. It was difficult for my husband and me to get around each other in the bedroom and individually to fit in the shower and toilet, and we are not large, overweight people!

OMG everything they had a tea coffee dessert mid day and the room was excellent!

The property is perfectly located, about 300 feet from St. Mark’s. It was easy to find, front desk assistance was great, and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and afternoon coffee/tea. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment, which was in an annex 1 block away from the hotel, but it was great. 1 bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with dining area downstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. It was perfect for our family. The apartment contained a washer machine (no dryer, but drying rack provided). The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, pots, etc. Close to excellent restaurants and shopping. We would stay again and recommend it to family/friends.

Excellent location close to St Marks, and transport to other areas. Good breakfast, and free afternoon tea. Really helpful staff on reception.

The bathroom was very small, and friends staying in room 101 had only one power socket so had to ask for an extension lead.

Twin beds instead of one double bed. Noisy rooms and I could hear everything going on in the corridor. Noisy bells that start from 6 am - this is not the fault of the hotel of course, but it doesn't make the situation more comfortable. The biggest problem was air conditioning which produced a lot of noise even if turned off. Idk maybe I was so unlucky with the room. Also beds and pillows are not really good.

Very noisy in the rooms; thin walls; interjoining door could hear the neighbours talking. Noisy water system when people flush or shower. Tiny room with bed against the wall so had to climb over hubby to get out. But didn't spend alot of time in the room.

Very nicely decorated, clean, big room. Lovely!
