This hotel is perfect in everything from facilities, cleanliness, convenience, and friendliness of the staff.
Breakfast was great but there was no bacon.

Alles bestens organisiert, freundliches Personal, schönes ausreichend geräumiges Einzelzimmer, sehr gutes Essen. Für mich auf meiner Radtour war das Hotel ideal. Mit der Bozen Card konnte ich sogar mit dem Zug bis zum Brenner fahren.

de entree met granieten treden is (zeer) slecht toegankelijk voor gasten met mobiliteitsbeperkingen

A special mention for the Srta. Amina at the front desk: she was a sweet girl with a very friendly approach and a sweet smile. She was kind enough to give us all the information we needed for visiting Bolzano. Thank you, Amina. Excellent breakfast. Good parking and Bolzano free card, very useful for visiting other places around Bolzano.

I choose this hotel because the good reviews and location but for some reason we could not make it and I forgot to cancel on time. Only one day after the Cancellation day. the hotel managment did everything they could in order to help us and find replacement for the 2 nights and 2 rooms we've ordered and updated me all the time. The dud find replacement. We really appreciate their good will and honesty to take care of our situation even though they didn't have to. Good to know there are such a good people as those.
Really appreciate and we will make it next time!

The hotel, room and breakfast were all fine. The thing that moved it from good to excellent was having a decent EV charge point that we, and our friends, could use.

Excellent location, close to the train station. Lovely breakfast. Beautiful room, with a terrace, out the front of the hotel.
The bar staff at night could have been a bit more friendly. They took away cushion from the chairs very quickly, so you had to sit on a hard seat 🙁

The room and balcony were so nice. Great pool and grounds. Convenient location. Close enough to everything without being right in it. Friendly staff. Beautiful landmark.

Location: 2+ blocks from old-town city center.
Breakfast: Absolutely fantastic from the food to the dining facility itself.
We enjoyed our stay here to the extent that it will be our only choice for accommodations in Bolzano when we return to this area.
We had absolutely no complaints about these accommodations.

Spacious light filled hotel close to the edge of town, cable cars ,walks and near the town centre. Very helpful staff. Good restaurant. Excellent breakfast.
Not really anywhere to “ hang out” other than the room. Bar v basic. Sitting area unimaginative. Minor complaints.

The room was fine: spacious, quiet and very warm. Small balcony with an amazing view of the Dolomites. Good bath amenities. Free private garage. Complimentary Bolzano card which we used for the cable car to Oberbozen, and the station is 5 minute's walk from the hotel.
Lack of meat in breakfast, at least sausages. The pastry could have been freshly baked, at least croissants. It was not a big problem for us but it is considered as normal for 4 stars hotels. All the other was perfect.

Really good sized and very comfortable room - with a bath, not just shower. Very comfortable bed. Good location just 5 mins walk to main square and to train/bus station - 2 mins to cable car. Very good quality breakfast with super helpful staff.
Bit annoyed to be charged for water in room - was the only hotel (of 5) in our trip across Italy, Austria and Germany that did so. Water was the only thing in the room fridge, and there was no minibar price list , so it was a bit misleading….
