Perfect location, very nice and helpful receptionist from Moldavia, room with “climate”, close from ferry, few minutes from Piazza San Marco. Michelin awarded restaurant nearby.

Bathroom needs renovation

The room was so cool great air conditioning room was authentic Venetian with modern touch very clean and staff very friendly and helpful only thing is they don’t have a lift you have to walk up a lot and I mean a lot of stairs

No elevator. The single room in the room was very small

The hotel is located behind St Mark’s Square and 5 minutes away from Rialto Bridge. Breakfast is good and rooms are clean. There is always someone at the reception. There is no lift, so be ready to walk up few floors to reach your room. Everyone is extremely helpful, especially Olga, who will always greet you with a smile and offer her expertise.

Location is very convenient for Piazza San Marco.

It's tricky to find in the maze of streets, but that's fine because it's the best way to really experience historical Venice.

Great location, convenient to all the hot spots. Rooms were nice, on the small side, but fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep.

No elevator and because we arrived late the bellman was not available. 4th floor, carrying luggage was a challenge, just beware.

Location. Very central in San Marco. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent and the staff very polite and helpful. The room was clean and had great mattress and pillow. Also, the breakfast was excellent!

Quite expensive. The canal view was from a window at the third floor. A remark for the city of Venice, not the hotel… they ask for city tax, but the city is very dirty,no respect for the visitors.

Location was good right in the centre of Venice, simple but good breakfast.

the smell of humidity in the room as soon as you walk in, no lifts to 3rd floor, no restaurant or bar in the hotel, no heating I was freezing cold at night, had to sleep with my pyjamas and socks on and 2 duvets, pricey room.
