PVC Boden im Zimmer mit Rissen. Fliesen in der Dusche mit Löchern Preis Leistung passt einfach nicht Restaurant leider geschlossen (Frühstück gab es aber)

average breakfast, parking was £10 a day extra. pool quite small slightly overpriced

no aircondition, which was an issue in case outside was 30+ cleanness was below expectation, and the 3rd bed was really bad. (we stayed 1 night so we not complained)

The location is perfect. We had a nice room with lake view.

We are a family of four and would prefer staying together in one room instead of two.

The view from this hotel are unbelievable of Lac Lugano. The entire staff at Hotel Europa was excellent and particularly the Manager who recommended a local restaurant, Bistro’ Lurati for our 30th anniversary. It was PERFECT and the best restaurant we experienced in Italy over 17 days.

When I searched on booking.com it showed distance 10km. After I purchased the booking and received the confirmation it was 35 km away! So I had to drive from Switzerland back to Italy where I had just crossed over earlier. We drove back to the hotel and the location was fantastic but very poor condition. We checked Inn and the manager asked us for 10 Euro to park the car overnight which I didn't and parked on the main road. He keept our passport's overnight which I founded very strange! The rooms were old , and furniture and bed's very poor condition. We all have bug bites from the dirty bed's. When checked out we were asked to pay a city tax! This was another surprise. I think booking.com should look at their ratings and don't mislead people because this is a very poor (Hostel) The location is great but sadly it's dying out, buildings next to the hotel are collapsing.
