Everything!!

Reception are efficient and once they know you very accommodating and helpful. I found them a bit h welcoming at first but that changed. The room was a good, comfortable bed. I had no view as it was an internal room but I was only there two nights so it wasn’t so important. The location is fantastic. I dint think the breakfast on 7th floor is worth 15€. Etna is often invisible and the food is the same in the main restaurant and breakfast is good.

I found front desk staff a bit unwelcoming and off hand on arrival but once they got to know me they were helpful and friendly

Un des meilleurs hôtels où nous avons séjourné! Son atout est le personnel! Tout le monde a été extrêmement gentil et courtois, attentif et à l’écoute, professionnel et compétent. Surtout nous aimerions bien mentionner Pierre Paolo à la réception. Un surclassement de la chambre inattendu et ses explications et conseils pour visiter Catania ont été bien précieux ! Une autre personne qui nous a marqué était Salvatore, barman dans le rooftop bar. Son travail était impeccable de l’accueil et jusqu’à la dernière goutte du cocktail réalisé par lui! L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait, le style , la décoration et la propreté de la chambre et des espaces communes sont là. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Le choix est large. Mais surtout l’accueil des jeunes filles qui travaillaient là bas a été chaleureux et nous a permis bien commencer la journée. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel!

Location and Service

The hotel is very central, on a shopping street and a short walk to the main piazzas with historic buildings, including the roman theater, my favorite! The staff was beyond helpful when we got a flat tire, thank you so much! Parking is super convienient in their garage underground. Breakfast on the rooftop with a view of the ciry and Mt. Etna is amazing.

Very good hotel, excellent location. Terrific roofterrace.

There was no bar or any other service in the lobby, so no coffee or drinks while waiting. Only possibility is at the roofterrace.

Gym is small, a bit filthy with no sanitary available at all, no fresh towels . No running water in gym toilets either…

two bathrooms and every area was separated and space to place your clothing, the safe, the balcony , the refrigerator with water.

the way how the lights and air conditioning is set up . very confusing.

Excellent city center hotel on Via Etnea with a rooftop bar and restaurant and great view of Mount Etna over the rooftops of Catania. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast room on the first floor was busy but the staff were efficient and friendly. Front desk staff assisted us with late checkout on one of our rooms which was very much appreciated as we had a late flight home.

Choices at breakfast bar were fairly limited given the size of the hotel and the number of guests. Discovered that breakfast could have been requested in the rooftop bar are and but wasn't offered this option at check in.

The size of our bedroom was brilliant. Breakfast was exceptional. The hotel was in an ideal location. Easy to get to the restaurants we had booked.

Clean and comfortable with a good bed, towels and toiletries. The breakfast was also good and the location very good.

Our room was facing the street and was somewhat noisy on Saturday night, but not a problem.

this is a lovely hotel that is centrally located and perfect for seeing the sights and doing some shopping. The rooftop patio and restaurant are a real bonus.

My adult daughter and I booked and confirmed a room with two queen beds - upon check in I was given a room with one queen bed and a double pullout sofa with a very tired mattress. The hotel staff admitted they had made an error but they were unable to give us a room with two queen beds, or even two rooms as they were sold out. At check out the hotel staff offered to pay for the dinner we had the night before at the hotel if we signed a promissory note stating we would not write a negative review - they had this note typed, printed and ready for me to sign. My experience at this hotel was exceptionally negative and it left me feeling that the hotel does not conduct themselves professionally.

Comfortable hotel in a great location close to shops, restaurants and bars. Well appointed bath tub which was a nice surprise. We were able to sleep with the doors open due to being on the 5th floor which helped with temperature control as hotels don't make use of aircin during the month of March which can be difficult if you're sensitive to heat. We had help with taxi arrangement and enjoyed our stay

Everything. The location was perfect, the staff was extremely helpful, the breakfast amazing. We were also upgraded with a lovely suite.
