We paid extra to stay in a "Charme" room and it was absolutly lovely with double aspect views and a wrap-around balcony All the staff were very friendly and helpful with a high standard of customer service. The room was cleaned each day to a very high standard. The private beach facility was a cut above the rest with good quality towels and fresh water provided on arrival and a good quality restaurant at the beach for lunch. We didn't make use of the spa facilities, but the pool on the beach looked very nice and well managed

The only negative feedback I would give is that while the bathroom was to a high standard and robes and slippers are provided, they only provided one small tube of showergel a day. This is a very tiny complaint in what was a very high standard and enjoyable stay, but when it's hot and you're on the beach etc one small tube is not enough.

Fantastic hotel location, right on the beachfront. Beautiful breakfast location * 4th floor with a sea view*. Great staff and very friendly.

The car was parked 10 minutes ' walk from the hotel.

It was a little bit noisy at night.

We loved everything about this hotel. Staff were all extremely friendly, the facilities were all clean and well appointed. Loved the spa and found the location just right!

We were just a few weeks early to enjoy the beach bar and pool, which was a shame as it all looked fab

everything was the best stay in Italy for the 5 months I’ve been here. I really recommend this hotel for the dinning , the stay and the lifestyle baby!

Everything apart from the uncomfortable bed.

Real downside was the bed which was so hard we slept extremely badly.

The hotel location is superb, right on the beachfront and within easy walking distance of the old town The beach club facilities were very good and the service was excellent The staff are very friendly and helpful

The comfort room was very small with little space to move around or store possesions
