Wonderful accommodations. Worked very well for our 3 couples and dogs. Great access to vehicles for unloading ski equipment as well as safe, secure fenced yard. Complete kitchen accessories!!

Home is within walking distance of downtown and the Mineral Belt Trail. Convenient to highway access as well. The only complaint I have is the upstairs was very stuffy/hot (August stay), even when keeping the windows open. The owner supplied two small rechargeable fans (size of my palm) that turned off after a couple hours of use. I was able to make it work, but a larger fan or ceiling fans need to be installed to aid with airflow. I would stay here again - but claim a downstairs bedroom!

We had a great stay in Leadville, the home was immaculate, had everything we needed, great location, excellent communication with the hosts. The home has all kinds of interesting old time Leadville pictures and cool antiques. Great porch swings, although we had a lot of rain - We just loved it!

The property was clean and the set up was as described. The kitchen is renovated and very well stocked. We were 4 adults and it accommodated us all. The house has many beds, but some of the beds may be small for couples. The upstairs bedroom is carpeted. The property has a fenced in yard, which is good for dogs, but the yard could use some maintenance. There is a nice outdoor eating area and two swing chairs on the front porch which we enjoyed. Great location, close to downtown, stores and trails.

Beautiful clean and comfortable house minutes walking from the center of Leadville. Great setup, fully functioning kitchen with everything you need to cook yourself meals. Awesome fenced backyard, our dogs had a wonderful time. Really loved our stay here!

Place is as advertised and was clean. Nice outdoor space and close to downtown. Everyone enjoyed the stay and the accommodations. Great communication with the owner and really appreciated the flexibility. Would certainly stay again.

This home was very comfortable, very well stocked and was a great location for Ski Cooper and downtown. Our family and friends really enjoyed our trip and this home was a big part of it.

This house was great for our needs. Our is dog friendly and the fenced yard is such a nice perk. It also had plenty of parking for our snowmobile trailer. It is the perfect place to launch on daily outdoor adventures. It's a quick drive to cross country/snowmobile trails and close to Cooper and Copper mountains.

The homeowners were so friendly and helpful! I wish I could give them 10 stars for their home. The location is perfect to get to the downtown/ shopping area by foot and it is super close to the mineral belt. We had young kids with us and the house had a whole stash of toys and games for them! I want to come back just so we can stay here again.

We loved the getaway weekend. The home was warm and inviting. Very short distance to all the amenities of downtown Leadville and Cooper Mountain is just down the road. I would definitely come again.

I would like to keep this lovely place a secret, but if I must....we stayed over the Christmas holiday. The house was comfy, decorated for Christmas, in a great location (we skied Cooper and snowshoed the Mineral Trail), quiet neighborhood, and perfect for our family of 3 adult children and mom and dad. Everyone had their own room, the place is well decorated, the stress level was low with the rules and regs. (I have stayed at a lot of rentals and for the first time, I didn't feel like I had to rebuild the place from the ground up before I left, which one would think is the purpose of the cleaning fees). I felt like the owner trusted us to do the right things. We hope to be able to stay here again soon.

Convenient, clean, spacious, secure comfortable. The BEST outfitted kitchen of ANY VRBO. Really one of the best VRBO houses I've ever stayed in. Will apply to stay there next summer. Yard is awesome. 2 minute walk from downtown.

Historical charm with updated comforts
This was a roomy house with lovely decor and modern comforts. It had the best stocked kitchen of any place we’ve ever stayed. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms had high quality towels and toiletries. The enclosed yard was perfect for our Labrador, and the location was ideal for both walking to town or taking a walk out of town into the hills. We would definitely stay here again!

Love this place!
We've stayed here several times and love the house. It has lots of Victorian charm but everything is modern and functional and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the location is great - you can easily walk to town but it's on a quiet block. Check in is easy - never a hitch. Probably the only thing we would change is the bed size...there's a queen upstairs and a full bed downstairs and they are just a little smaller than we're used to. But overall this is one of our favorite places to stay in Leadville!

Wonderful time in Leadville
Erika, the owner, was so helpful and wonderful from the time we booked her home and right up to our check in. We spent two days skiing at Ski Cooper and had a great time there as well.

This is one of the most cozy and well appointed VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in. Super kid and pet friendly. As others have said, pictures do not do it justice. The yard was spacious, the interior was so well done. This is what you come to Leadville for! Can’t wait to come back.
