Estava nèt, ben ubicat, ens van permetre fer el check in abans d'hora perquè l'habitació estava a punt, el personal molt amable i atent

En general tot perfecte. Posem un 9 perquè ho vam trobar una mica car qualitat/preu per una nit.

Que la ventana del baño no tenía cortina

Centrally located near train station in Florence. Clean, large rooms that are comfortable and everything was in working order. The staff goes above and beyond.

It is in a busy area and the main entrance is not indicative of the property itself.

Lovely couple are in charge of the hotel. Very nice, friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was good. Breakfast was very good (cakes, sandwiches, eggs, juices, coffee, tea, toasts, croissants, fruits, cereals,...) Very good location to get to the main tourist areas just walking. 10min to the cathedral, 15min or so to piazza venezia and 40min to Piazza Michelangelo. They prepared a very cute cot for our son. It could be appreciated the part where our room was had been restored recently. Bathroom was really good! Beds were very confy. The room is cleaned and blankets changed every day. It didnt happen to me in other two-stars hotel so it was good!!

Elevator was small and old but that is external to the hotel. We could barely hear any noise from our room. Our room was located in the first floor and there were two doors to access, we only heard the noise of the doors opening at night when other people were accessing their rooms.

Breakfast quality and room size were excellent. Staff and owner both were so nice and helpful. It is located next to train station, market, food places and places to visit.

Shower was not having towel and soap stand.

Beautiful family hotel across the street from train/bus station and 10 min walk from Duomo.You have small fridge in the room which is a huge plus and free water bottles are available from the staff. breakfast was nice too.nothing fancy but u won t be hungry.i would recommend this to everyone.
