The building work we were not told about. The pillows were horrible. The drains smelled and made you feel sick. Room wasn’t clean, halls were filthy. I was offered another room but no one bothered to actually move me . It was a birthday trip and it was awful. You can hear every word in the corridors. The noise of the door opening key code . I was refunded 20 percent and offered a free meal. But just over a hundred pound of a six hundred pound stay . I paid to sleep with a duvet over my nose on no pillows listening to people opening their doors and the air conditioning went from 16 to 30 . I came home exhausted from two nights of very little sleep. Breakfast was generally poor. Definitely not a 4 star experience. Not even water bottles in the room. Water in the lobby true . Odd and unpleasant staff only the member of staff that gave me the discount was nice no other members smiled or even said hello.All offish and rude . Breakfast staff wouldn’t crack a smile either. The night staff who said he would move me actually tutted and huffed as he handed me air freshener. If I’d have had a fifty or sixty percent refund it would have been more appropriate. The whole experience was terrible. I do think you should be told if building work is going on especially concrete drilling going on continuously. I suggest management stay in the rooms with a guest ( stilly sliding bathroom doors)try it out .

تم اختيار الغرفه المجدده الموظفون ودودن الغرفه جميله ومطله على الرمبلا لا يوجد ازعاج الشارع عازل الصوت ممتاز السرير مريح دورت المياه نظيفة وجديدة
