Poor Wi-fi speed quality, but i provided detailed showcase with Speedtest app to the Hotel’s manager and it seems he understans by now the gravity of the speed problem, which does not exceeds 10Mbits/Sec (1Mb/sec) with Premium access at the price of 9,90 eur, Wow…

Our room was lovely, very stylish and spacious. Coming back to the room felt like coming home. We thought the breakfast was exceptional, the best we had in our whole trip.

It is in a good area opposite the prestigious Sherry Park hotel and near the Real Escuela del Arte Ecuestre. But it is about 20 minutes walk into the centre. No free parking. Hotel parking is €20 per day. Public parking close by is €16 per 24 hours, less for a shorter stay

I stayed for 2 nights and was awoken on both nights by music from a nearby club blasting out non- stop! The first night it went on until 5 am and last night until 6.30am.

I asked for a room with a shower. I was told no shower at this level. You have to upgrade to the next level. I asked what would this cost I was told at the front desk this was not available. When I got to my room it had a SHOWER only. It was a handicapped room. Wheelchair accessible so shower only. Just what I asked for. So happy. I was happy with the service over Breakfeast. Very nice service lady.

Better communication at the front desk. In English. She spoke English well but didn't seem to know I was booked into a wheelchair accessible room.

Everything was old already. Air conditioning not working properly. Poor breakfast. Staff was supportive.

I have to be honest and say there was nothing that I liked about my stay, from the greeting when checking in to trying to get somewhere to work.

I know I booked a basic room, but this wasn't basic, this was a small cupboard, with a bed in the middle. There was no desk, no tea, coffee facility. I was staying at the hotel on business and had nowhere to work, so ended up sitting in the hotel lobby to work. The breakfast variety was extremely poor. dried scrambled eggs was the best I got. I think my room was above the kitchen, so I would hear everything from when they were cleaning up for the night to preparing breakfast at 5am.
