Garage was 500m from the hotel. Parking was very small.

A beautiful and comfortable place to stay. The pools were nice and they also had big rooms. The hotel is very close to the beach.

The check in process was little time consuming otherwise everything was good.

Nice family rooms with one bedroom and a sleeping couch for 2 persons in the kitchen/houseroom area, two swimming pools, one with warm water.

very busy and a bit chaotic with table sitting at dinner, but perhaps it is because of the holiday season. For the drinks you pay separately, even water.

Really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, the location is really close to the beach and the train station. The pool was nice and the hotel had all the facilities we needed.

The rooms need a coffee making machine or maquineta. Also more hangers for the closet (we asked reception and they gave us us a few more) and an iron. We asked for an iron and were told there is a laundry room for guest use, we didn’t visit it but I guess there is a solution. Minor things to add but would of made our stay even more perfect.

Clean cozy apartment, friendly personnel always ready to help, good territory, good swimming-pool that is cleaned every day with a vacuum-cleaner, very tasty breakfasts and dinners (we had half-board), good body and facial massages... for kids good animation. We had a very good rest! Thank you very much!

the first thing is that pictures which they have DO NOT show real picture what is going on. swimming pools are much smaller than in picture and window view is for ruined houses without windows, like in Getto it is an Apart hotel but according to hotel rules NOBODY can't come inside hotel is they are not booked room. We have friends in Spain and their son want to come to my son to room number to play and staff (girl was really unpleasant) said that i have to pay 50 Euro for each guest what i want to invite even is they want to stay only 1 minute!!! this is ridicules and i never ever see it before for sure i will never stay at this hotel again i did not buy anything at cafe in hotel and when i checked out the lady on reception ask me to pay for water which i "buy" and after i said that i did not take anything and please show me a bill with my signature she said like "ok, if you dont want to pay we can do it as compliment", i said that i don't need a compliment coz i did not buy or take completely anything and she even said that its mistake or sorry...

Pool should open earlier in the mornings…maybe at 8. And first 30-60 minutes could be designated to people who swim for fitness.

Very close to the beach and very close to railway station. Position is absolutely erfect. Return train ticket to Barcelona is 11€, to Trragona 7 and half €. It!s lees than only one way higway fee. Travaling y train is absolutelly better than by car. Position of hotel close to train station is big benefit. Beach is under 100m, so again very good position.

Very poor Wifi connection in room. Out of room, connection is fine. Room layout is good, but room equipment is quite old. Garage is located too far from hotel.

location, pool and staff were great. food was Okay.

our AC did not work. a staff came up to look at it and the issue was not resolved. the door latch to our wood stuck open so at times we had no working lock on the door.
