Good central location, clean spacious rooms. Excellent reception staff, friendly and efficient

Party of 12 12 year old unsupervised on the floor above our room, running up and down the corridors like a herd of elephants, the staff go home at 22.00 hour and therefore nothing was done when they kicked off at 1.00 in the morning

this property was was over priced for what you got and it was noisy until 5 am. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone looking for rest or sleep.

Enjoyed the central location though could be a bit noisy in the early hours. All good natured fun though.

Shower room was a bit poky

Very central location. Nice, obliging reception staff who tried their best to be kind and helpful especially lovely Gabriella!

The tap in the bathroom did not work properly- no cold water and was not fixed during my three day stay. Also, the TV didn't work properly- interrupted reception constantly so I couldn't use it which was very disappointing. There was no option to get breakfast which was a shame as there is a nice dining area.

Amazing staff and room was in great conditions

Unfortunately the hotel is right above a party area. Not a problem if you don't mind the noise till 5AM

It was very clean and the location was excellent

The Bathroom had a glass door, there is no privacy at all inside it. It is possible to stare at the toilet from de bed.

The receptionist did her very best and deserved to be working in a far better hotel; she was empathetic, helpful, and professional. But for her we would have left.

Worst hotel that I've ever stayed in. Completely misled by Bookings' star rating. Access was difficult - sinking bollard which needed to be triggered by Council but it took over half an hour to get action. The receptionist was the only member of staff on duty and advised us that she finished at 5.00pm and that there would be no one on site until 10.am the next day. Stairs was dark as was the area outside our room - had to move several yards before the sensor operated and with an adjacent stairs that was dangerous. Room was very small with just enough room to slide between the bottom of the bed and the wall to get from one side of the room/bed to the other. A sofa bed at the end of the room obstructed access to the window and curtains. Reading light on one side of the bed only.

Bit noisy outside but didn't go on too late

The first room that they gave me was directly over a VERY busy and noisy street full of bars that were open until late. The second day I changed to a much quieter room in the back.

Noisy, both from the street and from people using the sitting are in the lobby.
