Great location, very central in a beautiful town.

The hotel was cold and a bit unloved. The room was very tired with burnt and chipped fixtures. And there was noisy building work going on in the hotel while we were there.

Beautiful rooms and place, ideally in the center of Carmona.

Very noisy staff expecially in the morning, breakfast ok but nothing of special.

Room was just gorgeous - lovely, unique, artistic decor and features Windows from bedroom and bathroom looked over delightful, ancient courtyard Views ahead and to right took in glittering, tiled church roofs - and we were serenaded by church bells throughout the day We had a sneak peek in a few other rooms while they were being cleaned and every one looked stunning and all different Breakfast, I believe, was a reduced service due to Covid! We would have liked some fruit, but we had our own so no big deal Location was sensational Right in heart of old down, surrounded by ancient and beautiful buildings Parking IS an issue, however, but we (thankfully) asked in advance and found where we should go Staff were most helpful and friendly, although lack of our fluent Spanish was an issue ....

The interior of the hotel is beatyful.The room was clean and confortable.

Very thing we needed, extra pillow provided when asked , breakfast acceptable, bread a little poor very light .

Just a little tired but maybe that’s part of the charm, it’s is very old building

Location was very near all main facilities. eg museums, restaurants, bars. Staff were very helpful

Not the fault of the hotel, but some churches very nearby rang their bells 24/7 on the hour every hour. Not too sure if this would be common for most hotels as lots of churches in a small town area.

Location excellent, v difficult to find! Room good and spacious

Hotel locked when we arrived - had to telephone to discover keys hidden in plant pot near door Breakfast very very poor, just toast ham olive oil and tomato. Coffee machine made poor coffee Wi fi didn’t work in room - had to sit in reception to get signal

Location is perfect. Hotel is beautiful and charming.

The room with near the reception and you could hear everything. Breakfast is nothing special. For the same price you get in a bar fresh orange juice and better quality breakfast. Bathroom door didn't close from outside and it was near the bed.
