+ Good parking for city centre. Flexible reception, as we had to cancel stay, without any refund, but the lady changed date that was better for us. Thanks!

- Bad breakfast. Bad coffee, old “fresh orange juice”, poor food quality. Old fashioned room. I would rate this hotel 3* not 4*

Breakfast had a few good quality pastries.

Breakfast: coffee is bad, some fruit was not fresh. Building: too old. It needs renovation. Room: too old furniture. Air conditioning didn’t work. The bathroom door was shedding part of it at the bottom each time we used the shower. While the cleaning service was ok, for some reason they never picked up three potato chips that were left on the floor by one of the previous guests. No tea or coffee to prepare in the room. No free water, not even the first night.

Nice, good and quiet hotel in a good location. The check in was quick and competent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small but cozy with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom is really spacious. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was good and there was something for everyone. But we missed fresh vegetables. There is also a car parking belonging to the hotel, which we found very good since we had a rental car. Value for money was good.

The room and the staff were very nice, they were lovely. Specially the massage therapist Carmen! We highly highly recommend her, if you’re visiting this hotel, is more than worth it to have a session with her! 😍

The location and the spa… it was a little bit disappointing. Also we were unlucky to book the spa at the same time that a family was hanging out there with their kids misbehaving and pointing out at the people. I think a spa is a place to relax and chill, and this experience was quite the opposite… As I said, the staff was so lovely so they helped us to change the booking hours for us to use it again later that day.

Great staff, easy check in, swimming pool, sauna and gym included. Slot needed to be booked. We went to the pool and you were required to wear swimming caps at a cost of €3.50 pp or bring your own. There were limited space at the jacuzzi and people stayed there for ages therefore didn’t get the chance to try it out! Other than that nothing special at the poolside. They had other activities you could pay and do. Room was good size, clean and provided items that you might have missed to bring.

Asked for a double bed and got two single beds together instead. Me and my partner had to sleep on either sides.

Greeting at check-in from Nacho was superb. He explained all the hotel options and was kind enough to provide a WiFi pin to use after we checked out. Hotel is really clean and modern, and it felt like a 5 star. Will be returning for sure.

The room was very well decorated, spotlessly clean, big bathroom and the most comfy bed ever!

The swimming pool a bit small but wasn't busy, staff did take care it wasn't overcrowded so it did work well.

We got the junior suite because we wanted the private spa bath. We asked if also other room had it but did not get a reply. The hot tub and natjroom exceeded our expectation. The suite was enourmous - we did not need all that space. The staff is very kind. Loved the gym with sauna (there are 2 in the 2 changing rooms) and loved yoh did not need to book. The spa area (swimming pool and jacuzzi) also very nice. You need to book in advance. The room was very clean anx the towels very soft. Breakfast was exceptional

. The restaurant does not cater much for vegetarian (as many in Spain) and the menu of the day is only at lunch. Wifi was a bit intermittent. It would have been nice if the internal door between spa area and gym was open. In the basement, where ypu have spa and gym, there us also access to parking. Those doors are open so you get all the nasty smeels of a cat park on the way to the spa

Rooms are wide and clean. Toilet, bidet, bathtub and sinks a re seperate. Double bed was comfortable. Swimming pool is nice to have.
