Everything just almost like 4 Star Hotel 24/7 Receptionist helpful staff i needed ice and everyday they provided me ice and iron to iron our clothes and daily room service cleaning

On our last night, we started packing and cooking around 10pm, the property receptionist came and asked us to be quiet. We had no music on. We were packing and cooking. Their walls are extra thin and supposedly some guest ( which we never met or heard had an issue). Further more the receptionist came two more times and made us come downstairs with our dinner in hand, eating at the door. The reception yelled at us and called the police. The police were very nice and understanding. They apologized to us for being taken out of the room and being told to not speak or use the kitchen that we paid for. The told them we have the right to use the room we paid for and asked them to call in the future for actual problematic situations. I asked to speak to the manager who was supposedly in a hospital. No other manager ever spoke to me even thought I specifically asked to speak to someone before leaving. They ignored us up until checkout even though they got us out of our room and disturbed us for the entire evening up until 1. Booking did not show any enticement in handling any refund that we asked for especially since this was extremely stressful and offensive. We are digital nomads and never ever have had this kind of issue. They referred us to the hotel which already ignored us since we paid on the first day. They were also sarcastic and rude. They were commenting each morning at breakfast that if something is eaten that is it and we should only have what there is even if there is only fruit. The location is an hour away. The cleansing doesn’t happen if it doesn’t happen in the morning and we we’re traveling and working so that wasn’t an option. They never cleaned since we were working in the morning.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, reception staff were very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful.

Great. The hotel is in a very quiet part of the city. Our floor apartment was very comfortable and well equipped for a few days stay. We loved our terrace. The grounds of the hotel with the pool are also very nice. Staff very friendly. Rubí center train station is about 1 km away.

Breakfast was great, good options but not many, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The mini fridge was not cold, and the pool was way smaller than it seemed in the photo. The walls were so incredibly thin that you can hear everything going on in the rooms beside and below.

room is very spacious, balcony is amazing with nice view on the swimming pool and garden. breakfast needs to have more varieties, staff is friendly but not all of them speaks English, my family and I liked the quietness in the area and around the hotel.
