everything was perfect, great view on the mountains!

The location was wonderful in a peaceful rural setting near the ski resort and walking to restaurants. The staff at the reception were all welcoming and helpful.

The person that did our check in was very unprofessional, no smiling, she gave us the feeling that we weren't welcome there. The beds they were very bad , very uncomfortable.

Impeccably clean modern hotel in the mountains, well equipped, with a good breakfast included in the price. Infurtunately, we had no time to use it's spa facilities.

The AC wasn’t working at the property and it only had 1 window which wasn’t at the main room. Also, the pool didn’t open until 15pm and closed at 20pm which we weren’t able to enjoy as the check out was at 12pm. Very disappointed with the facility as the price was high and we didn’t get to enjoy it

Car parking was not assured after booking although add said its available. in a chat with the Hotel rep. they said they can only know closer to my stay (???) Parking availability and cost should be clearer on Booking.com adds

everything! very friendly staff, clean apartments, very quiet with beautiful views around. delicious and varied breakfast as well as dinner! very much recommendable. spa area is quite small but very relaxing and with a while.

A lovely place to relax, enjoy a good SPA, have a dinner and go on tons of hike trails which you can find all round the town. But definitely must have a car to get here and move around the mountains. If you are coming for a beginner or pro hiking - this is the spot to stay for a few days. Some serious mountains around. Mind that best time to visit this place for hiking is from April - November, cause later on it might get too cold, snow can show up unexcpectedly and poop up your party.

SPA was not included in the price, but at least it came with a discounted price for those who stay. And our rooms had 2 beds put together as one even though we ordered a twin bed. But none of this was an issue anyway.

Very silent inside. Good place to be and to eat. Nice sofa and chair in the room.
