Just next to the beach with underground car parking without any additional charges. Amazing staff at the reception and the restaurant. The restaurant staff took care of us really well. Variety of freshly cooked sea food selection. We really enjoy the stay, would recommend and stay again, if necessary.

Water is chargeable during the dinner. At least for the people staying at the hotel with dinner inclusive package free water should be provided. Otherwise I don't understand the logic of free water bottle in the room, but no free (normal) drinking water during food.

Our room got no sunshine at any time of the day and the view was limited. Room 443. The system for getting into the car park on arrival is very poor and needs updating. Our Gala meals were spoiled by very tough Duck and the Turkey and stuffing on Xmas Day did not taste well.

Very good location, can park a car on the street free. Rooms are old, but comfortable. Nice view from the balcony. Room has tea and coffee . In the evening there are shows, pretty good. recommend.

First class location many good restaurants all within walking distance 20 Mins bus ride into Benidorm if required 30 min stroll to the beautiful town of Altea Very good size room far bigger than the norm good sized balcony Good choice of food in the breakfast buffet with choices changing daily Prices for drinks in the hotel very good which meant it was pleasant to sit out on a large terrace which was always busy and not feel ripped off

Breakfast had plenty of choice but food standard not good. Coffee machines were a disaster.

Proximity to the beach,food in the hotel was good,having our room made up every day was great...a/c in the room a bit loud but working really well..

Main greeting person in the restaurant not friendly,the other greeting person was sneezing and coughing..! We checked out 25th/8 so yesterday!!Bar staff(some) not friendly..Very disappointed that all coffee/tea machines were (conveniently) out of service for lunch and dinner!! But were available(long queues) for breakfast??however you could buy tea/coffee upstairs at the bar area!!also you could get free fresh water at breakfast and buy water at every meal sitting..The soap in the soap dispensers in the room had a terrible scent!!other than that all was good.. We got 2 small bottles of water FREE from the (reluctant to give us)security man when we checked out at 5:30 am,as there were no water in the dispersing machine in reception..I did offer to pay...🤣we were half board...

The hotel is spacious and was built to a grand design in 2003. The location is perfect, right on a great beach with a fair amount of nearby restaurants and beachside bars. The staff are efficient and helpful. The room sizes are fairly generous and rooms have a small balcony which gets the sun part of the day. There was a fridge (no freezer compartment for ice), but no tea making facilities. Parking around the hotel is extremely difficult. The hotel provides a limited amount of underground parking for a fee. Breakfast was really good, it was self service, and caters for every taste.

The downstairs pool was disappointing. it looks great in the pictures but in reality is difficult to access, shallow, badly designed and only suitable for children to splash around in. We didn’t like the fake grass and it was badly situated for sun/shade. Not an area you would want to relax in. The water itself looked clean but the dirty tide mark around the edges, caused by suncream, needed serious attention. The roof pool was just as uninviting. I believe this may be a jacuzzi but it did not appear to be working. If you’re looking for a great poolside experience, then this is not the hotel for you. No room service and the bar was reluctant to give me crushed ice.
