De hele sfeer met alle landen groepen die golfden vonden we munder prettig. Op terras werd veel gerookt. En veel druk gepraat. Villas waren op zich goed maar wat donker. En de slaapkamer was erg klein..bedden top..AC hing net boven je hoofd en als dezr aan eas kon je niet slapen vd kou. Woonkamer prima. Badkamer oke. Balkon mooi. Schoon : ja

I vicini di camera con la TV a volume alto e/o quelli che parlano nei corridoi. Forse servirebbe un maggior isolamento acustico....

I hadn't one complaint

The facilities of the hotel are excellent - breakfast as always is great and the location for the Jerez Circuit is perfect. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and attentive.

This is the first time we have a villa and not a room in the hotel. The villas are a short walk from the hotel in a nice quiet area. Plenty of safe parking. The villa was a bit strange in that one room was the bedroom and an adjoining room had been converted to a sitting room with kitchen. There were no main lights and the circuit needed a second security card to operate some of the sockets. There was a coffee machine but nowhere in the kitchenette to plug it in. We moved a table closer to a wall socket. The outside back patio of both rooms was very black with mold which had clearly been there for some time and needs jet washing. It wasn't very pleasant to sit outside although the space and garden would have been very nice. We did make these comments at check out and were assured that maintenance would look at the patio.

The hotel is in the most wonderful grounds. The villa we had was luxurious.

The service in the bar was unfriendly and inefficient. It took 45 minutes to serve a salad. This is by no means a cheap hotel and the service is unacceptably poor.

admitian mascotas pero no permitian que la mascota pasease por los alrededores del hotel, solo en una zona mas apartada, ademas de un suplemento abusivo por la mascota de 25€ por dia

Everything else was fantastic.

The adult swimming pool was closed during the four days we stayed, during peak season no less. Very disappointed as this was one of the few things we looked forward to most.
