Perhaps the noice on the streets in the nights, but we could sleep through it.

Extremely friendly staff. Love it! For 150 eur we received almost apartment :) It was very cozy, so after all day walk it was nice to back home. We had 2 chihuahuas dogs with us and there was a lot of place for them to run around and play during our absence. It has small place for kitchen, so it was easy to cook breakfast (we didn’t book this service from hotel because we like hearty breakfast, so I cooked it). Luckily there is a grocery store nearby😊 We also received-20% discount for parking that is quite expensive in Madrid, big plus 👍🏻 It was great weekend, thank you for making it so adorable 😍

Only one thing confused me. Room refrigerator was very dirty inside and had a lot of rust on grates🙈

the room is very clean, beds are comfortable and huge size, very good location with a lot of restaurants around. stuff is very pleasant and responsive

One of the best apartments I've stayed in - just wondeful. Transport - Easily accessible from the metro and and cab to the aiport was about 30 euros and 20/25 min trip. Location - On a quiet street with a coffee shop directly opposite and a wonderful spanish restaurant and bar right next door. Staff - Fabulous. Could not be more helpful. Leaving luggage with them as we arrived before check in was not a problem and leaving luggage with them after we check out was also no problem. The apartment itself is just beautiful and so, so quiet! Really large apartment with double glazing and high ceilings - broken up in to three main rooms - double bedroom, lounge with sofa/ sofa bed and hidden kitchen area (behind cupboard doors) and a bathroom. It's beautifully decorated and thanks to the double glazing, it's wonderfully quiet. It's in a very central location, easily reachable from the metro station and there's lots of hotels, restaurants and bars in the immeidate locale. It's absolutely where I would stay if and when I go back to Madrid. Go to the restaurant next door - awesome people and food! Great coffee at the little coffee shop directly opposite too.

Honestly, it was almost perfect but I guess the water pressure could have been a little better (but it's an old building so it's never going to be a power shower and it's certainly good enough to get clean in!).

Especially the man who staffed the reception was so nice and forthcoming. Great breakfast and location, great room. Will stay again for sure.

if you are very sensitive to noise the rooms are above restaurant street. this did not bother us

Staff was amazing, welcoming and helping. Location was great, full of really cool shops around. Room is fairly well equipped and cozy.

No bath robes and no slippers, a bit too noisy, window looking at a wall with loud pipe and fumes (cannot open the window due to that), no breakfast before 8am.

The staff is exceptional

Everyone at Suite Prado was friendly, helpful, and understanding. The suite was quiet, super clean, and spacious. The location was great, with wonderful restaurants in the immediate area. We had our Mini Australian Shepherd with us and it was easy to get her outside for her needs. We loved Suite Prado.

The bed was a little hard.
