Great location, secure, and comfortable. Love the balcony too. Footsteps to a great bakery, supermarket and old town. Good value.
Register system was wonky. Kept getting error messages and it didn’t work. Was finally able to register through What’s App.

Great location, super comfortable and clean room. Nice balcony as an unexpected perk. I only stayed 1 night and was more than good for that. Will recommend!
Had a great experience all in all, only detail was having some troubles finding the entrance to the hotel. It is a bit hidden on one exit of the roundabout.

Habitación en muy buen estado y muy limpia (Enhorabuena al equipo de housekeeping!!!), cama muy cómoda, baño perfecto en todos los aspectos, está como nuevo. La ducha con gran alcachofa es un plus. Dispone de una sencilla y tranquila terraza con bonitas vistas. Aire acondicionado y bomba de calor funcionando a la perfección. Piscina comunitaria muy agradable, una pequeña y otra grande. Supermercado cercano. Restaurantes a pocos minutos del hostal.
Nos ha gustado todo. Importante registrarse con anterioridad tal y como se solicita por parte de la propiedad, la recepción es virtual 100%. Tal vez se pudiera echar de menos un pequeño televisor.

Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras. Nos ha encantado la terraza con la mesa y las sillas, da mucha vida.
La limpieza es impecable tanto en las habitaciones como en el resto de instalaciones.
El hotel dispone de información para hacer rutas y es perfecto para ello porque se puede entrar y salir cuando se quiere.
También dispone de piscina perfecta para nadar y para los niños.

De enige klacht (best wel belangrijk) wij hadden een bed waar je telkens maar elkaar toe rolde. Het matras is echt aan vervanging toe. Onze kamer zat nat de lift en da's best gehorig.

ya se que es un 2 estrellas, pero una buena reforma no le afectaría, la piscina estaba un poco sucia, no del momento del día, si q las paredes y suelo se podía ver ya un poquitín el verde

The staff, very friendly and helpful.
It was dirty. The towels were never washed and neither were the bedsheets. Not even when we entered were they fresh. We were throwing them on the ground and it felt like they weren't putting new ones, only switching them around between rooms.
First day: check the towels, don't smell fresh, open them, hairs on them and stains.

The location of the hotel was close to everything in the town.
There was a fan.
Bathroom was a little bit outdated.
This hotel is running remotely from another hotel, so basically it means the hotel you're staying at is a ghost building. I think it's kinda weird and it rather to have at least someone there.
Also, it's not mentioned you should go to a different hotel to get the keys.

Room was better than expected. A bit run down but very comfortable and with ample heating for a cold night.
The internet didn't work which is an issue for us as we work while travelling. The receptionist didn't seem very interested when we reported it, and she never got back to us with a follow up. It still didn't work the next morning. The response indicated a lack of care. No alternative was suggested (such as using the facilities at the other hotel where you check in).

reception was at the large hotel nearby , receptionist was very pleasant , this hotel was well located and easy to find nice view of castle from balcony , swimming pool adjacent and plenty of parking
obtaining room key was a fiddly process , hotel wifi needed unnecessary log on , we have moved on from that !! ,hotel , room decor was a bit tired and dated , room?balcony was north facing , no doubt ideal on a hot summers day but in late september it was cold and a little dark

The hotel is very cute and seems to be one of the old accommodation spots in town, and has preserved a basic old heritage feel to it.
The room is clean and had all the amenities we needed for one night. Check in was easy and location is nearby restaurants. The hotel had a pool and our room had a cute balcony and nice view.

•loud and disrespectful people who were staying there (definitely not a fault of a hotel but walls are paper thin)

Private room and bathroom. Towels and soap were provided. No air conditioning but the room came with a fan which worked great! Balcony with table and chairs overlooking a mountain with a castle was perfect!
