La propiedad está un poco antigua y le falta como una reforma, sobretodo a la fachada. Las piscinas muy limpias, pero, es un poco incómodo estar en la zona de las piscinas o solárium ya que hay muchas palomas volando y haciendo sus necesidades entre las sillas, camillas, mesas. No se puede estar tranquilo sin estar pendientes de las molestosas palomas. Me gusto la atención del staff, todos muy agradables y simpáticos.

I liked that it was near everything and the staff were nice. The bedrooms were also comfortable.

They didn't change the bed sheets or pillow case's, and the safe box for putting your valiable stuff was not for free . Also, they don't have a brush for cleaning the toilet.

The staff were friendly although some appeared to be new and did not know where the SPA and gym was!

The food (although plentiful) did not have good labels. My husband is allergic to shellfish and the foods that contained shellfish were simply labelled as FISH!! Also required better food rotation especially in the morning, the scrambled eggs always looked worse for wear. Additionally, there were a lot of drunk people screaming and laughing at night whilst we were trying to sleep.

The food was ferry cold... The room was ferry loud Lots of people smooked, ferry dirty for people who didn't smoke. The toilet flushed constantly.

The room and bathroom had a good size, balcony was very comfortable had a table with chairs and a drying rack. Good storage space, location was great with stores and restaurants around. Beach was walking distance.

Most reception staff I interacted with (3 out of 4) were rude, indifferent and not helpful. It's also worth mentioning that housekeeping will not do the room after 1~2 pm, which seems ridiculous for a holiday location like this one. I wouldn't stay here again, I chose a different hotel for my extra day in Lloret de Mar.

I liked the pool and upper pool deck area with jacuzzi, I liked the breakfast option, the timings are great check in at 1:30 check out by 11, breakfast finishes at 10:30 allowing you to sleep in. I think I went at the perfect time cause it wasn’t crowded at all and I loved it like this. The receptionists and wait staff are very friendly, special shout out to Jiselle. The space is a little basic cause of the furniture, but still comfortable and very bright. I got a free upgrade from a single to a double room facing the pool which was great. the property is beautifully mapped out and easy to access. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby! The beach is just a 5 mins walk away, the fun/club/bar area is like a 6-7 min walk so you feel central without having too many tourists around.

it needs a bit more up keep, paint job, more cleanliness (there was flies in the food area sometimes), the walls are also thin but it’s all in all it was definitely worth it

we have been going to this hotel nearly every year since 2014. The staff are really friendly, and the service is excellent.

After many happy years visiting this hotel, we felt the food had deteriorated significantly.

Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Delicious and variable dinners, clean and tidy.

Pool area is a bit small, too few options for drinks in all inclusive.

The location was good, close to everything. Rooms were clean.

No air conditioning in the rooms and too hot on an evening, beds very hard.

Everything - the room, the staff, the bar, the food, the pool, the evening music.

Pigeons! Obviously not the fault of the hotel but a nuisance all the same. Maybe some multi lingual signs telling guest not to feed them would be idea (though the idiots probably still would!)

Rooms were very big and spacious as I booked three triple one double and one single. Triple room fitted 3 adult male easily with plenty of space to move around. The breakfast was excellent on all tree mornings as we were there for three nights. A big thank you to the chef who made the omelets and did my eggs every morning he always made us laugh with his funny antics. THANK YOU.

we booked to stay somewhere else for 5 days and had 3 horrible days stay and found this property for our last 2 days the staff were amazing and we had a lovely last 2 days…. beautiful rooms and pool area was lovely too we would definitely stay again.
