La ubicación excelente. Calidad relacionada con el precio. El desayuno sencillo.
Accesibilidad no apta para carritos, sillitas,...escaleras para entrar sin rampa.
El dosificador del gel estaba poco accesible y no funcionaba bien. Las almohadas muy bajitas y las paredes son muy delgadas, se escucha todo.

I liked the location amazing right in the town centre!
Breakfast very yummy, you could find almost anything sweet and savoury .
Room also good perfect size.
I didn't like the Dinner, I Have to be honest with my review everything is perfect at Urugallo, but not the dinner maybe not many customers booked half board so the food quality is not 100% great! I ordered some dish that I know they have been re-heat in the microwave, also I suggest you that you must have an English version of the menu it's very useful even using the translator from Google.

Center of town, fair size room, good breakfast.
Good value. Town has plenty of bars and restaurants all good.
Safe underground parking but not attached to the hotel. Limited parking outside for unloading your luggage.

Old furnitures, small room, incomfortable bed, awful smell coming out of the bathroom, no one spoke English, bed moving around, wall lamp right on my face so had to move the bed.

Super central location in Vielha, close to everything you need. The breakfast was large and dinner was tasty. A good choice when visiting Vall d'Aran.
The hotel could use renovation.

We have stayed here for 5nights during the Val d'Aran race. We could not pick up the perfect location for the finish line. We loved the business of the town.
Reception was very helpful, no hassle at all.
We had a dinner at the hotel one evening only, 13euro and I would say it was not too bad (I did not like beef roast, no meat, mostly bone and fatty tissue). For breakfast some vegetables and eggs would be lovely on the table, but enjoyed all croissants and coffee.
Rooms were cleaned by a lovely lady every day, towels changed every day, bed linen was changed once for us.
Really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it.
