Very clean and comfortable room.

Poor and dirty communal areas. Not the greatest beach front. Understaffed pool and bar.

Everything was perfect, exceptional staff and cleanliness of the hotel.

Outdated, but worst of all a wedding party was taking place until 4 am! Impossible to rest and sleep and was never informed prior to my arrival! This should never happen to a summer hotel.

Excellent location, friendly and caring staff. Rapid room service. Buffet restaurant rich both for breakfast and for dinner.

Room below expectations. Cleaning service insufficient - room was cleaned only twice over the 4 days stay, one of them after reclamatrion and after 14:00 pm. No bathrobes in the room. A la carte restaurant expensive for the offered variety, quantity and taste of the food. Only canned juices and instant coffee for breakfast. Emergency instructions in the room without indication "you are here" and without indication of the escape route (see photo). Elevator mostly out of service. Deck chairs / recliners on the beach dirty.

The room was spacious.The pool is filled with seawater.

The resort has great potential, but unfortunately, it is poorly managed. There is a lack of attention to the customers, and they organize private parties in the common areas of the resort, disturbing the resort guests with loud music until late at night. In my case, all the evenings were dedicated to private parties hosted by Eurobank, with no consideration for the rest of the resort guests. Additionally, services such as the tennis court, mini-golf, and fitness room are in dire need of renovation. Even the pool, despite being a beautiful sea-view pool with a nice bar, has broken umbrellas that should be replaced. The breakfast buffet is decent, but coffee is not included and comes at an extra cost, which is unacceptable for a five-star resort. Moreover, there are no sugar-free options and limited choices for vegans.My room had a completely broken handle to adjust the shower water, making it impossible to regulate the temperature. Additionally, water from the terrace above was leaking onto my own terrace due to a poorly adjusted automatic watering system. This not only soaked my swimsuits and clothes placed on the terrace but also rendered the terrace unusable. It is worth noting that the water used for irrigation is recycled water from the resort. Furthermore, when you leave, nobody cares to inquire about how your vacation went there.

The hotel provides pictures of the renovated rooms, and when you arrive you get one of the awfully old rooms from the 80's. Long story short, it was kind of a scam. The price you pay for these rooms is nowhere near worth it
