Just v short night before ferry. Staff friendly and room was v comfortable and had excellent facilities. Bathroom v good.

it didn't matter that much, but I asked night staff for a wake up call and to order a taxi. Neither of these were fulfilled. But we could easily order an uber ourselves and I'd set my own alarm, so the wake-up call was just belt and braces.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in!!! Stay Away!! We were so happy to find a nice reasonably priced hotel in Athens. In the pictures on booking.com they showed nice rooms and breakfast. In reality we came on our first day of our honeymoon (which we wrote to the hotel) to a very bad smelling room with a TV that didn’t work and a broken old air conditioner that barley worked. The breakfast was rotten literally! rotten tomatoes rotten cheese. A nightmare! and we’ve been to hotels all over the world but this was the worst! And to top it all off we ordered three nights so after this disaster of a first night (we arrived at 2am that’s why we slept there or else we would of left when we arrived) we checked out early politely and requested to get refunded for the two nights we didn’t stay. We didn’t even think to ask for a full refund just the two nights we didn’t stay. And they declined! People please be very aware that this is a non truthful profile this is not a 4 star or even 2 star hotel all the pictures look good but it’s smelly dirty and rotten and they don’t really care about the guests they want to fool people into coming and if they are not happy they want to still charge you even for the nights you didn’t stay. Very unhappy customer

The staff is very helpful and the room has a good spa bath tub

The room are not at all what they are showed to be. The picture posted do not compare to the actual room. The room WiFi is extremely bad and the staff had to provide a router which also fails sometimes. The bed is uncomfortable and air conditioning needs improvement. The breakfast is mediocre at best. The location is by far the worst thing about the hotel. The nearest station is 30 mins away by walking. The price should have been lower.

The receptionist was so welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The room was super clean and exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Location not so good with plenty of old buildings ahead of the hotel. Aluminum systems must be renovated.
