Comfy and quite.
Private parking.
Staff were polite and helpful.
No milk provided in the room for a tea/coffee when I got in or in the morning.
Unsure if there was room service as no phones provide yet there was a menu in the room but no contact details.

Excellent location. really clean hotel with lovely welcoming staff.
We could not hear the TV all weekend as it was set to a certain volume. It was a beautiful sunny weekend so we wanted the window open.We were straining to hear the TV before that but with the window open we literally could not hear a word.We requested for this to be changed but was told this was not possible. I don’t understand why it was set so low when it states that the room has soundproof walls so it should not be bothering any guests in rooms next to us.This did put a downer on the weekend, especially our Saturday we spent in the room watching a cracking day of sports but guessing what the commentators were saying!!!

Despite putting business travel on my booking my room was facing the road so not the quietest.

Sofa bed mattress you could feel the springs and there was mould on the windows
I think I was charges for parking at check in but wasn’t told - and then I saw the signs and paid again!

nice presentation, nice bathroom, like the fridge, like the safe, good selves and wardrobe for clothing.
room services to expensive, beds hared uncomfortable, need phones. to order room serves not app. a few of the staff could be a bit friendlier.

The overflowing ash trays at the main entrance on the pillars and the amount of cigarette buts lying on the pavement was disgusting.

Breakfast was very good. Helpful staff at the reception. Location is fantastic: 5 min walk from the station. The room was large and well insulated. In spite of the fact that the hotel is on a busy road I have not heard any noise.
Although the room was clean there was a weird smell. The bathroom and the toilet were separate. The bed was uncomfortable. The hotel is a bit worn out. The lunch menu offers very limited choice.

bar is quiet expensive for vodka but use big bottle for cola n taste flat as not use gas machine but big bottle for £9 vodka n cola

as I pulled up in the car park I found a rather large tan across the car park. I really hate rats. I nearly drove home. so I went round the and parked at another spot. I mention it to the receptionist but I don’t think she did anything about it
