Room was amazing! Great size & comfortable bed. All staff were friendly & professional. Location was perfect for football ground & the waterfront,and not too far from train station. Plenty of choice for breakfast

Very small thing but the sausages looked slightly pink so I didn't have those on 2nd day Dinner & drinks seemed to be slightly less value for money but kind of expected that

Phone went off about 20 times in the night, when I spoke to the concierge in the morning I was told “yeah that happenes sometimes you should have just unplugged it”. Didn’t sleep at all, terrible.

Breakfast was good. We had to ask for refill when food was low and was immediately attended to. . My room was located near road side and was noisy.

I’d prefer the less noisy side of hotel next time.

For me, the location is perfect for my needs. I always come to Ipswich to visit my son and he lives close to Novotel. The cost of the room is also a positive factor in choosing this particular hotel.

The carpets in the common areas and in the room could do with washing. They are stained and look rather tired. The toiletries in the bathroom, though Fair Trade which is commendable. are rather inadequate and the small containers are very hard and difficult to squeeze.
