Almost everything about our stay was excellent, the breakfast was hot, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Nice comfortable, clean and newly refurbished room.

The only thing that really could have been better, were the lovely black out curtains, which hung just too far away from the wall. All night the outside lights framed the curtains and light came through the centre, too. Might as well have left the room lights on all night.

The breakfast wasn't included in the price, we paid different prices for the same drinks in the bars (very expensive)

The hotel is super old and dated. The rooms have dirty bathrooms, mould, noisy plumbing and not shower soap and dirty toilet. The bedding and sandpaper.... I did not sleep and my skin was scraped by the bedding...disgusting place! The breakfast was awful, dirty plates and knifes and forks! Three was nor separated green handles serving spoons for vegetarians ...hot breakfast...cross contamination!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Breakfast was awful,rubbery bacon,no eggs and 20 minutes to make poached eggs! The staff were surly,un-welcoming and not up to standard.

The carpet could do with a revamp. I understand you need the ramp, but it left hardly any room to use the stairs at the side, it was very awkward, especially when you had a lot of bags. I did try walking on the ramp, I managed up but couldnt quite manage down.

The air conditioning was great for the warm weather and the free parking accessible throughout the day made the stay very convenient.

The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice good choice and plentyfull.

Good parking, friendly staff and a warm welcome

The hotel is located in a very accessible location to Ashton Town centre. The staff were very friendly and assisted as best as they could. I had requested for our 2 rooms to be together, but since one was a family room and the other a standard double, they were located at opposite ends, but still on the same floor. Very clean and comfortable room, with free WiFi, ironing board and iron. There was also a cupboard for a fridge to be installed.

There is ample parking but can be quite cramped if you have a large vehicle. I've rated this property a 7, mainly because it is still under refurbishment. However, we'd still stay here again 😃

The property was well located, with pleasant staff and the rooms was a decent size.

The cleanliness of the room was questionable, with dust on the vents and edges of the furniture. The bathroom was also very dated in comparison to the rest of the room.

The facility is outdated. There was toothpaste left on the ensuite washbasin and nowhere to store my toiletries and makeup. The sliding door to the ensuite was stiff and dragged on the carpet. The breakfast did not look appetizing.

The location, the comfort and the excellent staff

Nothing really except the fact that booking.com didn’t give the property full details about the family which meant we were initially given two rooms on separate floors. Not ideal when you have children

The room was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. This was our third hotel over the weekend as we had been visiting different area's and by far was the nicest cleanest and most comfortable room of our three. Oh and surprisingly the least expensive.

Nothing to do with the room but we went to the restaurant for our evening meal and waited over an hour to be served after ordering. The place was not busy and the waiter that was bringing out food was basically wandering around trying to find the correct table. Two tables that arrived after us were served before us so I suspect we had been forgotten. When it did arrive both our meals were wrong and had to be returned. We were extremely disappointed and complained to one of the waiter's that we knew wasn't his fault but we couldn't say nothing. He offered us complementary drinks for our trouble and once again apologised. The nice couple at the next table also had complained and were offered complementary drinks although I don't think they got the Dom Perignon they wanted. We would never even think about eating there again although the food was nice when it eventually came to our table.

The shower head was full of mould was given another room which was extremely clean much better bathroom door wouldn’t shut but only a minor thing. room cost was £120 no breakfast included stayed other holiday inns for much less and had it included as there was 2 weddings at the venue obviously a increase on price due to demand The staff was friendly and nice wouldn’t choose to stay again.
