Had to get a room change. Clearly instruction not being read via email to the hotel. A/C non functional. Was given a fan. The door lock inside was not fuctional.

Quirky hotel in a nice way. Not often I play table tennis and have a drink at 11.00 pm! Good location and value for money.

Breakfast was terrible and over priced.

Friendly staff, lovely room. Massive bed. Car park discount validation was super easy. Would definitely stay here again should I need a place in Reading again. Loved the disco balls by the entrance, and would’ve liked to have had a drink at the bar. Great vibes to the place. Great price for great hotel.

The shower was good, however the head was leaking from the attachment so didn’t bet the full power. Was lovely nonetheless.

However, it was incredibly dark and hot. My room was unbearable - I couldn’t sleep at all. the air on was no good nor was the window.

Was made to feel very welcome. My room was ready as soon as I arrived. I was there to attend an event which was well organised. The room was lovely and comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Checking in and out was really easy

The only issue I had was with parking. I couldn’t get into the car park recommended by the hotel. So I parked at the car park at the Oracle shopping mall. When I tried to get out it told me that my ticket had already been used. When I finally got in touch with someone, they said it was because I stayed overnight. It is advertised as an overnight car park and it is but seemed to cause a problem letting me out. Just thought it might be worth you knowing in case it happens to any of your other guests

hotel was lovely, great location, breakfast was delicious- very good selection. everything with the stay was fabulous and would definitely stay again!

I booked the upgraded room as the detail stated it had a bath rub and the standard room didn’t. when we arrived at the site for check in they advised it was the opposite way round. the staff member kindly offered us a standard room but with the robes and slippers which we accepted. but had we have known this we would have opted for the standard room!

Room was cold, heating not working and when I raised issue to reception in morning it was not dealt with and staff seemed not interested then I was asked if I was happy with the stay, ridiculous and would defo not recommend.

Hotel and facilites are fine, kettle and tea in room. Room clean and spacious enough. Good location. Indian veg restaurant over the road and more in the area.

The staff on the bar didn't know what they were doing. The check-in was slow because the woman was hiding in the office not watching who was arriving. Cooked breakfast was all under hot-lights so frazzled. Even the coffee machine produced awful coffee. Upon leaving the staff gave the wrong instructions for the parking discount scheme (put the discount ticket in afterwards not before!).
