A very pleasant stay. Good-sized room and bathroom, shower working well, bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, and staff were very friendly. Very clean.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. We were difficult guests arriving with bicycles and luggage that needed storing while we were away on a bike trip but this was no problem for the hotel - they just said yes to everything and were utterly charming. The breakfast deserves special praise! How many hotels these days use genuine eggs rather than powdered? Well, they were real ones here, fresh and scrambled to perfection each morning. Well done Tom Kyle team!

The hotel could have been next to a beach at the bottom of a really great ski run??

This hotel is a perfect place to spend your time in Kiel, it's close to the city center, and the personnel is great. The personnel is really kind, thoughtful and dedicated. The room was clean, as well as the hotel in general. If you stay here, try the breakfast, it's an awesome breakfast to start your day with.

It was clean. Rooms were ok and we had a pretty good overnight stay.

We were with 2 kids. The sofabett was not so comfy but that can be normal for that furniture. Also we were havin breakfast as around 0915ish and much of food was already gone. They did not do a refill of bread unfortunarely.

Always such warm welcome at this hotel we have stayed many times now . I had an operation at uksh so very convenient location for my partner to stay during the two weeks we first initially stayed .

Breakfast was excellent and very plentiful. The staff, especially the ladies at breakfast, were always super nice. The location is very central, close to the old town and the Vorstadt and also to the Kiellinie, for a relaxing walk along the fjord. The room very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Super recommended, we will definitely stay there again!
