The location is good, and easy to get to the local shops and attractions. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. Couch was a little hard but ok. Beds were very comfy. The pool looked amazing we didn't have a chance to get in but friends kids did and loved it.
The parking bays are allocated by apartment and very tight when you have a large hire car :-I would love it more if there was a cafe on site.

On-site construction, not able to use BBQ area or pool area. This should have been reflected in the price.

The only plus the accommodation offered was location.
We were very disappointed that we did not know there was a construction site right outside our bedroom window. On one of the days, building work started at 4am and woke my entire family up. On all the other days work started at 6am. We were told that when we booked it should have said construction work was next door, we did not see this or we would have booked somewhere else.

Very quiet and private unit with great amenities. Close to the beach and walking distance to shops and cafes.
Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher and were very smelly

Pool, Spa and location were great.
Dirty stained uncomfortable mattresses and filthy carpet. Paid for a deluxe room but wasn't deluxe. Our friends also booked a deluxe and theirs was much nicer than ours and we paid the same price. Mentioned this to staff at the desk they didnt really care. Missing games room that was previously there.

Location, pools, quiet, easy parking, close to shops and beaches
Our unit needed lots of maintenance. No cold tap in bathroom, screw sticking out of bathroom floor, security balcony door unusable as sitting on ground, kitchen pans burnt and unusable, no microwave containers, carpet falling apart creating trip hazard...

Very spacious family of 6, great facilities. The kids loved the pools. Toddlers pool and 2 big pools to be able to suit everyone. Close walking distance to shops and beach.
The bathrooms were a half step up from the bedroom so the everyone kept triping on them.
It needs a good deep clean. You can see main areas are cleaned but everything else is left.

Lagoon style pool great for the kids. 2brm apartment was good size.
Apartment was very outdated and didn't feel clean. Taps were leaking & hardware falling off. Skirting boards missing, shower was blocked & flooded the bathroom. Wasn't worth the $$$$ we paid for 5nights stay. Quite disappointed and wouldn't stay there again.

Amenities, location and accommodations itself.
Unsupervised children playing in the pool area giving other guests attitude like they're entitled to jump off the rocks of waterfalls even though there's signage stating it is not allowed. We had children with us who respected the rules and safety of others.

The pool area was clean and well looked after
a few things in the room which we had to call maintenance about. one guy wasn’t happy to be called upon.

The room was much older than it looked and cooking utensils were not great. Beds were very comfortable but blankets were old and stained. Pool was fantastic and we'd stay there again
