Poor food. Staff not super friendly.

Breakfast was not great. Exercise room quite shabby.

No facial tissue or hair dryer in bathroom!

Room was too hot. Not possible to turn down heat. Nearly fell on very slippery floor in Waterland(would expect that floors intended for swimmers didn’t turn slippery at first drop of water)

The location of the hotel is very good, and the room was nice and clean.

The quality of the food in the dinner restaurant “Det gule pakhus” was bad and too expensive. In the breakfast restaurant it was crowded with too many guests at the same time. Although we had reserved time for breakfast, it seemed like almost all other guests had breakfast at the same time. The staff didn’t check that the guests had breakfast at their reserved time, so perhaps that’s the reason.

It was close to the stena line terminal

- Employees not help full. - Trying to squeez extra money out of you. - Bad hygiene at breakfast - shower smells and is small. - cheap matras were you feel the springs. Matras of the kids was crazy hard

A great place for a family get away and to keep kids active

Very nice breakfast, the swimming pool is very cozy and the room in general is good.

The lighting in the room was kinda too dark.

very central, clean, good breakfast and great swimming area.

We checked in at 3am due to car and ferry trouble and wen we asked for a later check out, we were charged. Check in times should be taken into consideration. Not enough parking space.

Super efficient and helpful staff. Super pool complex, sauna etc. really excellent for kids and grownups. Nice bar.

Inflexibility of family rooms availability (we needed 2 rooms as we could book only 2 in a room that could clearly take 3 or 4). Bar stopped mixing drinks a bit early.

The pools are fantastic. Very good for playing with the kids. The bar is awesome to have some relax time. The restaurant is very well organized.

The couches on the bar look pretty old and I think it is time for a replacement. Also they are not very comfortable.
