Great location, easy access to train station. Quiet and clean rooms.

We were in a recently upgraded part - we have been before- and the section we were in this time was different, it was really nicely furnished, nice very clean large bathroom, mini bar, kettle etc in the room. Very nice! Smiley welcome on arrival All good !

Breakfast is always perfect. No complaints at all. The location is very good for the purpose of my stay.

I do not like the difference in the quality of rooms. It is pure luck, if I get a nice, renovated, comfortable room or a poor one. I checked in and got a very strange small room 4. floor. With seperate toilet and bath. Rather strange. I complained and got a room 1. floor. The doorstep was loose and easy to slip over, the room was clean, but decorations poor, bathroom not very nice. And the view was to the yard - or something. I have stayed in Hotel Svendborg a number of times in better rooms. I did not enjoy this stay at all. Renovations is very urgent in this type of room. I came from a conference at Nyborg Strand - much higher quality.

the location is quite good. room and bath had a reasonable size.

The interior of the room was in a really bad shape. no way near a 4-star -rating. it felt more like a youth hostel than a best western PLUS hotel. the shower curtain was already brown on the lower part, the mini bar didn’t close properly. the over all impression was way too shabby to be a BW plus. I get that this is one of the few hotel nearby but the price was way too high.

nice room size, good value, great location kids liked the pool table, foozball, darts. good to have a fan in the room, good breakfast.

even with the fan, the room was hot. pillows offered no neck support.

Fantastic location. Lovely friendly staff and 24/7 reception. Wonderful big rooms and very nice bathroom. Has been renovated with wooden floors etc. TV, hairdryier, desk. Also perfect to have a floor fan in each room to cool the room down. Thank you so much - more hotels should provide this in every room. Location right in City shopping area with 100 m. only to a big supermarket, the sand beaches etc. and 200 m./10 min. walk to the train taking you straight to Odense and all intercity-links.

Summertime it is hard to get a dark room to sleep because the curtains are very thin and white and do not create darkness. Not many TV channels.

The hotel was a great location in the small town and convenient for the music festival that we were there for.

The hotel doesn’t have a typical entrance and we struggled to find parking everytime we were at the hotel. The rooms also don’t have any AC so we were very hot every night even with the window opened. Most notably, the electricity in the rooms do not work unless you put the only tool key they give you into a slot in the room. This was news to us and we were not informed by the staff of this feature so we were very confused and uncomfortable when we first arrived to the hotel.
