Good place to stay for a few days. Nothing too fancy, but quite comfortable.

It would be nicer to know that the staff speaks English clearer

A little bit old fashioned.

Went out of their way to allow us to check in much earlier than checkout time, in addition to opening the buffet breakfast an hour earlier to allow us to have breakfast before checking out. They also gave us storage at ground level for our pram and gave us a kettle to use for making formula and tea for our toddler. Rooms and beds also comfy enough!

If you have noisy neighbours, the room is noisy as well, but this is probably not something the hotel can fully control...

It's ok if you just want to stay overnight in Tallinn before the ship leaves or for some other reason. Very friendly staff, clean, free parking.

poor WiFi, thin walls that you could hear the next rooms.

The room / bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed and the blanket were wide. The mattress was soft, but I liked it. Breakfast was rather basic, but it is okay for me since I eat porridge + an egg, and that's it. The coffee is a usual filter coffee. I requested a quiet room, and it was quiet. The location is 10 min walking from Viru Keskus.

The design of the room is quite budget, nothing fancy. The WiFi was slow.

wall is not thick enough so you could hear from your neighbor sometimes, and shared bathroom can be difficult even knowing that before booking. Breakfast was ok, but not more than I expected.

there were many insects due to window that was left open.

Can't get better for this price, location is good, toilets and shower are clean and beds are good.

There. is one electrical outlet in a room for two, not very comfortable when you need to refill several phones but this the only default.
