Beach, pool, food during the night in the main restaurant, clean, friendly stuff

La habitación no contaba con plancha, el frigobar no se reponía en la estadía, el agua de la ducha por las tardes no sale caliente, no teníamos privacidad en la habitación porque al lado estaban en obra. Se llevaron la salida de baño y chancletas el primer día y no lo repusieron. Al salir del hotel preguntamos si el precio del taxi era el mismo que a la venida y querían cobrarnos 4 veces más. El stuff solo habla alemán, francés y algunos portugués.

Tout était quasiment parfait.le personnel est super ,gentil,efficace et toujours prêt à répondre à nos demandes.un grand merci à Taha qui s’occupe de la plage,toujours souriant .la nourriture est excellente nous venons depuis quelques années et chaque fois il y a des améliorations dans l’hôtel .on a bien aimé les animations

Rien,si ce n’est qu’il y a un peu trop d’enfants côté piscine adultes alors qu’il y a des bassins qui leurs sont réservés

Very Bad and rude staff. Got disrespected in front of my family. I asked in written and via phone for the early check in, it got confirmed but when arrived there nobody knew about it and said you are even lucky that we let you enter the hotel before check in. This is not acceptable and if I would not have paid before I would booked something else. The price is much overcharged for the service and what they offer. The red flag of the rudeness of the staff kill all the good experience one can have in mehari djerba. This is very sad

I am not sure where to start. Iberostar is certainly not a 4 star hotel. It has good facilities for kids to have fun in the water, sports activities and some other organised fun activities for children and adults but otherwise it is a very basic hotel. The rooms do not even come with a safe or electric kettle or mini bar. Infact if you want to use the safe you need to pay per day of use. The buffet is elaborate but it is hard to find a plate that is clean. My husband had a plate with fries stuck to it and I had one with cream but in general most plates look greasy and stained. You are also asked to pay upfront, in our case even before we saw the room. The receipt issued was like a little slip with no details. When we requested an invoice, we were given one. We were quite frustrated with the state of affairs and wanted a refund after the first day. After a lot of unnecessary discussion with various staff members we were met by director who said he was not able to give us a refund but offered us a fancier accomodation. However, since we were not interested in staying any longer, we did not even take a look at the place. Instead we came to an agreement on using the money towards spa treatments. The treatments were average but the shower and the hammam area was certainly far from being clean and of 4 star standard. The changing rooms have a shower, towel and sink but had no soap or tissue. All in all, if you are looking for some form of luxury this is not the place.
