Bed was comfortable. Quiet location. Handy to supermarket. Helpful staff.

The chairs in the lounge room were not comfortable and were tired and worn. Need replacing.

Good spot with knowledgeable staff, friendly welcome pack giving hints to the local area. Also early emails on activities in the narooma region. Room was clean and well sized.

Property lighting - external to unit was on all night and shone through window of only bedroom making it difficult to sleep. Had to empty rubbish bin after short 2 night stay, slightly expensive (but that might just be me).

The environment is nice. A nice view from the balcony.

The wifi was not working and could not be used at all.

Comfortable bed (no choice of linen other than a doona) and the room was very clean. Had most items of equipment to allow a self-catering stay. Nice view from large balcony. Overall size of apartment was adequate.

Parking was far from room, inadequate (none) instructions on operating induction hotplates and a call for assistance was unanswered, making cooking breakfast rather difficult! Lighting in the unit was very poor, particularly in the bathroom, and a very low overhang over the basin meant I had to crouch to shave ( I am tall but not that tall)! The two-person couch was uncomfortable and there were no extra chairs for visitors. I had asked well before arriving if there were any facilities for charging my electric vehicle but did not receive a reply meaning I had to take an ICE vehicle on the long drive (not very eco-friendly). Shortage of power points necessitating the use of power boards.

This was a basic holiday apartment that was great value for the money. Although a little dated - need some painting, new carpets etc but overall it was spacious and an easy walk into town. The management were really helpful in pointing out on a local map the important sights.

Needed a bit of a refresh but otherwise overall good.

the location was great it was close to shops and everything, the room was spacious and comfortable. loved that i saw seals on the rocks that was a bonus but other than that not much.. the seafood was awesome fresh and worth purchasing,

there wasn't much to do in narooma, a few small shops and a few sight seeing things to do but once that was done nothing was left and it became boring

The unit was very dirty. Carpets very stained. Doona so yellowed with age and stained. Lounge furniture needs good clean. Smells very dirty.
