I loved staying here, the unit was so spacious and had everything I needed. I was only there for 2 nights and so had all of my meals out, but the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Lisa was so welcoming and friendly on my arrival too. I was in a ground floor apartment which have huge balconies! It was just a short stroll to town, and opposite a gorgeous little beach (bay). I want to come back and stay for a week!
I'm a bit fussy with beds (I like them to be soft), so I found the bed to be a little on the firm side. But I still slept well as it was really quiet.

Superb views and a very comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen.
The ensuite was almost part of the bedroom with wash basin close to the bedside table and toilet next , all part of the bedroom. Also found it very tiring and restricted our times going up/down flights of stairs as there was no lift, carrying suitcases and groceries up to the 3rd floor. Okay for 20+ and very fit. We were a mature couple, but the view made up for the inconvenience.

Great location. Excellent customer service, the managers are very helpful and genuinely lovely people. Realy enjoyed our stay, we will be back.

Apartment was spacious for living and dining. Bathroom very small and no privacy but clean.
Huge patio could not be used as motorcycles use the road outside all day.

We had a great stay at Pandanus Coolum. It’s a short walk to the beach and shops, comfortable, and quiet. The spa, pool, and BBQ area was also great to use and relax in.

Location was great, lovely view, close to shops restaurants. Rooms were lovely very clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be back

Clean but dated rooms. Air conditioner in second room could have helped with the humidity although fans were helpful. Great location and super friendly staff. Great range of eating options close by.

The light in the second bedroom didn't work but we had a lamp..

Everything from the moment we checked in was wonderful! Neil and Lisa were so friendly and welcoming - the whole family loved their stay and can’t wait to come back!

Nice unit with good kitchen facilities.
Parking was for vehicles < 1.8m high so NOT SUITABLE for ant current 4x4. Only one BBQ for 28 units which had very poor lighting (used iTorch instead)

Great place to stay. Comfortable spacious apartment. Just over the road from the sea and boardwalk. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Bus stops within a few metres. Lisa and Neil were kind helpful and wonderfully friendly.

room was spacious and reasonable location. staff very friendly
as the weather was poor we were stuck indoors a lot and binge watched some tv. unfortunately the internet connection was very poor and made the experience very frustrating on top of which the local reception for phones was barely registering a signal which made hot spotting not possible.

unit 7 was renovated nicely. very comfortable and close to the pool. nice location. pretty close to the town and beach
