The location. Very pleasant and helpful hotel staff

The early morning bin collection. The beds are very hard. The air conditioning did not work. The unpleasant smell from the toilet, not very clean. it did not look like the floors were vacuumed or cleaned during our stay.

Excellent service, great location, comfortable room, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The staffs were amicable and helpful, especially Carina, she is amazing. This is my first time visiting Lourdes and feels at home. Might be good to encourage all staff to learn English as a general language that is used by most tourists who are visiting Lourdes.

1- Location- Within 10-15 minutes walk to the Basilica and the Grotto 2- Clean and well maintained 3- Front desk staff- Karina, Audrey and Tanya. Very accommodating and friendly. tries to help as much as possible 4- Connected/ works with Carrefours Cafe around the corner with well priced but excellent food and staff

Poor breakfast selection. Same menu for the 5 days I stayed . In Booking. Com site, I was booked fora room facing a garden/ courtyard. I was refused on check in as there was not really a proper garden per front desk . This to me is false advertising.
