The room is located near to highway traffic in the future if you can improve the windows system by triple glazed to reduce the traffic noise. The bed selected was double but find it two single beds.

Staff is not flexible nor responsive. My cancelation and refund requests were denied despite I refused to check-in in due to room cleanliness issues. Insects were on the bed pillows. Elevator was not responsive.

Everything Bed was 2 single bed for couple room Towels was poor Lift didn't work any time (my mom has disability and had to up/down 50 steps to go out) air conditioning didn't work Something was doing loud noise all night, I couldn't sleep They put on my name breakfast that I did not take poor breakfast bad location, far from everything even train station (17min walking beside the road) dark location staff didn't know nothing about paris, even which train we can get easily nearest train station closes earlier, so have to take uber to back home after 9 no toilet paper available at reception

I didn’t have breakfast because I was in my room, but good offer of toast, fruit, breads etc. v clean rooms and secure access. Quiet besides the traffic.

Location - public transport was always busy and a bit unreliable

My boyfriend and I were given no instructions on how to access the building when we arrived at 9 pm. There was no one to be found and no one picked up the phones to help. We had no choice but to give up and find another place. Perhaps if we had received these said instructions on how to access the building and how to obtain the room keys, things would have been different, but was not the case. Was truly disappointed because the least they could do is have someone on call for an emergency situation like ours.
