Old fashioned style, with enough space. Clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom, in more modern style. The town is lovely to walk around in, a museum in itself. Good breakfast, with plenty of choice.

Lighting, particularly for reading, was limited. There was a fan, but it couldn't compensate for the extreme heat, but weather is not controllable.

Location was great! Breakfast was wonderful. I enjoyed the spa area.

Rooms are very outdated and musty smelling. The furniture is very uncomfortable.

Stolberg is a nice little town to visit and location of hotel is almost at mid-point of town. The room was good and clean. The staff at reception were really nice, welcoming, and helpful.

Breakfast was handled poorly during COVID situation. I understand this is highly relative, but I just saw a bunch of disposable gloves there for people to wear; no one was making sure those were used and all the food were placed in open containers with no lid. We just had some tea on the second day and took our breakfast elsewhere. This was not the case for other meals (lunch and dinner) though.

We also liked the foot bath. - It was easy to park behind the building. - The room was very silent (some of the rooms may be noisy due to the church bell nearby) - The fridge was very good. - Everything was very clean. - Friendly staff

- Lack of lactose free milk at breakfast. It was impossible to drink lactose free latte in the morning in other cafes either. - I didn't get the concept of the pool. It is small for swimming and cold for being there for too long (less than 30 degrees). - The room was a bit old fashioned. We had to open the window several times to refresh the stuffy air from the used towels after the sauna. - The pillow was big and uncomfortable for us. - The dinner was rather average, we liked another one close by much better.

Very nice wellness and swimming pool area open until 22.

Breakfast not very well Corona secured. No disinfection fluid available at the buffet, and everybody used same tools for grabbing the food. Coffee not included in the breakfast, so we paid ekstra for two coffee!
