Location, ease of access and welcoming staff.

The mattress on the bed was too soft. After sports, it's nicer to lay on a hard mattress. Difficult to regulate room temperature.

Everything. The place is really dirty, you actually have to pay 5 euros to get the remote control for the TV, that is really embarrassing. breakfast is a joke.

Amazing team. Everyone is so very helpful and willing to make your stay amazing. The housekeepers are super nice and the room is spotless clean. The breakfast is more than enough. The view from the room perfect.

if you feel landscape sickness then definitely visit this place it will fulfill your mountain scenery wishes . perfectly located between railway station and cable car. you can walk towards soothing waterfall and to lush Green views.

The location is great. At the top of Bad Gastein, do all the climb to reach it. Close to the way to Böckstein to catch the train through the Tauer mountains. Close to the cable car to reach the top of Stubnerkogel. Balcony in the room with view on the mountains. Secured hut for storing bikes. Friendly personnel. Very clean bathroom. There is a huge Eurospar right next to it, which is open everyday.

The breakfast is very basic and the food is of low quality. Ex. Fruit is only apples, there is only 1 type of cheese, coffee is made from those automatic machines (no real coffee, no real milk..). The bar charges 4.10e for a tea!

The room was very spacious. The furniture was kind of used, but it didn't bother us too much. The staff was very helpful, they helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was good.

The room had a smell. The floor met was a little used.

The location is good there is supermarket down and restaurants also near to Waterfall

The stuff was not that good with us she was talking to us like she don't care also in the breakfast time we asked for eggs she saw us but didn't care and they are not even smiling they have this different look for arab but with other people they are talking and laughing.

1.More power sockets in the room would be really useful. Also some bedside lamp for evening. The room ceiling light was too annoyingly bright and the table lamp socket I needed instead for my laptop. 2.There was a game room on ground floor but it was lacking the atmosphere so it was mostly empty. Needs some cozy lights and sofas & music to feel more like a lounge and make people want to spend time there.

not in the prettiest part of town, but that is what i wanted one of the curtains broke and was not replaced whilst i was there (two nights)
