Nous sommes un peu déçus pour le petit déjeuner car Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix pour un hôtel 5*. Les lits simples sont un peu petits. A améliorer. Si non les serveurs sont très aimables. Rien à dire pour le service

We had a family room. Which was more like an appartement. Very big and comfortable. We had a kitchen and washing machine with a dryer. Washing our clothing was very comforting. The pool was great for our youngest. The people from the hotel were very friendly! We walked a lot around. The location is great for this. Close by lots of things. And otherwise the Grab taxi takes you everywhere for around VND30K. The location is very central.

There was nothing I disliked. If I have to say something then I would say that the playarea above was a bit outdated.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. It was clean and everything was provided for our needs. There was a washer/dryer in the unit, which was a bonus traveling with children. Employees were friendly and willing to help when needed.

Don't think that you are going to be in a hotel, this is an apartment with some hotel facilities, but that's all. Service room ends at 8 even when they announce that end at 11 pm. You are going to have a big apartment, but that's all, is and old apartment. but is big. No what we were looking for.

As a type of residence, we felt cozy and stayed at home…^^

This Hotel was exceptional, we have stayed in many hotels around the world and hands down the location, facilities, cleanliness and service of the hotel staff was absolutely amazing. We will be back here again! wonderful stay.

wasnt much to not like about Sherwood residence. The street is very busy.

The staff is the real heroes at Sherwood Residence. The property and rooms are kept very clean even though the property is dated. Front desk and all hotel staff are helpful, courteous, and very professional. They're always ready to help and made our family feel welcome.

The property decor and rooms are a little dated and dark. Guess it could just be the old European design but the look and feel is a little cold and old. A renovation to paint the rooms and furnish with new lights and furniture would make the place much better. Overall, it was a still a good stay for our family.

I liked the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The front-desk, cleaners, and room service staff were very accommodating and helpful. The strategically located near the city center but far enough from loud noises from bars and night activities.

What I didn't like is a trivial matter and not a deal breaker, but it would have been great if I got it. This was my fourth stay in this facility but the latest check out I got was only 2pm. Unlike that from Sherwood Suites where I always got my latest check out at 4pm.

Clean beyond all expectations. Top hi end fitout and perfect staff from cleaners to desk to door staff. Really great place to stay.

The location was perfect, the pool and the play rooms (golf, ping pong) were a good distraction from the business of the city. We had a big size family apartment which allowed for everyone to have their space.

We were recommended to stay here by several friends. It was just what we wanted- clean, spacious and fairly central. The shuttle bus was good to travel the first day by. The pool was fabulous and breakfast was fine. The hotel is a little dated, but for the very reasonable price we were very happy.

They asked for a 5,000,000 deposit and one month and numerous emails after we are still waiting for it to get refunded. Fells like a scam.

This is a perfect hotel, one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The rooms are large and comfortable and everything seems to be of the highest quality. Location is fantastic, close to everything. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great staff and room. Facilities are great and location is really good too. Just note when getting a grab, the street is very busy and only one way with a lot of start stop traffic in peak times. It might be easier to change the pickup point to around the corner based on the direction you're going.

The rooms were comfortable and clean . The staff was very nice and friendly we would love to come back and stay there again

Great location- close to all key sites but in a lovely, leafy part of HCMC. Apartment was huge and pool was fantastic- our kids didn’t want to leave!
