Breakfast were perfect

Small room, narrow bed, huge pilow

Very helpful staff who were happy to make arrangements for our evening meal as well. The on-site restaurant is also excellent

The rooms were not very clean

Upon arrival I had to wait for 2 h and I was asked to make new contract to stay in the hotel. I was charged extra money for cleaning and deposit money which were not mentioned in the booking.com. Water and electricity facilities were poor. Frequent problem occurs in toilet flush. I am so disappointed. Had very bad experience.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Also the staff in the restaurant were great. Rooms simple but clean and comfortable.

Noise from outside and only very big pillows. Also it would have been good to have a safe in the room.

The WiFi was excellent - parking was good too

Temperature adjustment / ventilation did not work. No fridge in the room. People are smoking all around the hotel, so even if it is no smoking rooms it stinks from tobacco everywhere inside the hotel. Many of the guests are very noisy, sitting at outdoor areas and shouting, talking loudly, playing music and so on most of the night. As there is no reception after 22:00 there is no one to address this behavior. Very early morning others get up and walk around very noisily. The resultat was that I hardly slept at all, which was the sole purpose of my stay as I had 12 hours of driving ahead of me. I will never stay at this hotel again and if you want to get any sleep you should avoid it too!

Overall everything was very nice

We were 3 in the same room and the the curtains were not able to complete cover the windows so one of the beds was receiving sun in the very early morning

Staff were lovely and we had a great meal in the Indian Restaurant in the hotel

WiFi didn’t work for the whole weekend, nobody was bothered to even try fixing it

Nothing.. It was a real disaster

The price was so high compared to other hotels nearby during the period we stayed there. There was no air condition and the weather was so hot. There is no phone in the room. There are no window shutters only curtains that didn't save us from the hot sun at mid day. The towels were less every day and we were out of soap in the bathroom in the last day The noises from the Restaurant was very loud every night till three in the morning and that was not on weekends. The people used to stay in the parking lot after they leave the restaurant and no one cared. The internet was very poor. No room service. The price did not justify the services or the room itself.

Very tasty breakfast. Clean room. Near the city centre.

We were 2 person, but our room had only 1,5 bed (obviously I have this type of room only for 1 person here). Bed was not only smaller for 2 adult, but also really noisy when you moved at night.
