Wir wollten um 16:00 einchecken, die Zimmer waren noch nicht fertig. Die Bierstube im Hotel sollte eigentlich bis 1:00 Nachts geöffnet sein, am Samstag schloss sie aber schon um Mitternacht. Der Nightclub könnte von uns nicht genutzt werden, er war für eine geschlossene Gesellschaft reserviert. Als wir schon eingecheckt hatten, bekam ich gegen 19:00 eine Benachrichtigung, ich sollte alle Namen der Gruppe mitteilen, hatte ich aber am Vortag schon erledigt. Beim Frühstück herrscht eine hohe Lautstärke und große Unruhe aufgrund der vielen Gäste im Hotel.

Very nice view from the room. The parking garage is very clean and tidy.

Mold around the pool and on the chairs. Changing rooms not cleaned, shampoo out. In the room, the curtains are broken, the plaster is falling off the wall.

Not good information about SPA . Additionally at the beginning the staff didn't give me a room key only a card. I had to go to reception twice

Very nice property, the employees are friendly and helpful. The evening meal impressed us a lot, there are many kinds of food for all tastes. Everything is fresh, and the trays with food are filled very often even until the end of the dinner.We like it here and we’ll definetly came back .

Swimming pool Breakfast

No coffee/tea option in the room Our room were looking out on outdoor sport area and the other windows looked into the untidy back yard. We expected views of nature. Evening buffet dishes were not marked/named.

Personal were friendly and answered all our questions about the surrounding region. Breakfast was really good with a variety of options. Check in and check out went very smoothly.

Very standard room, nothing special, very small bathroom (difficult for 2 people to be there at the same time). Double Bed was actually 2 single beds put next to each other, very uncomfortable for a couple. Mini bar was actually an empty fridge, not even water inside. We stayed for 2 nights, no one came to clean the room (one lady came 2 hours before our departure and offered to change the towels!!) Very strange for 4 stars Hotel.

the location was the only good thing

the staff was unprofessional, could not even speak fluent german and was rude on the phone. i ordered a lunch pack for 6am to eat before running the marathon- the lunch pack never came. The shower was dirty and had fungus and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Breakfast was ok, but just overcrowded mass consumption of food. the wood on the balcony was rotten.

The front desk staff was friendly and communication was easy with her. the spa pool was fun for the kids, although outdated.

No towels in our room on arrival, one of our rooms was pretty outdated, wifi was spotty, and the water in the outdated room was lukewarm at best the first day of our trip.

Good sized spa and pool area and pretty deserted in the mornings despite the very large number of people at breakfast that morning . Good to have use of an outdoor pool .

Huge numbers at breakfast but well staffed

Extremely pleasant and service-minded staff. Large hotel with several facilities. We used the bar; restaurant (we arrived just as the kitchen was closing and still received great service by the manager and cook who came away from his work station to entertain the kids); swimming pools (luxuriously peaceful as most people were trekking I imagine); and convenient parking (possible to unload outside the main entrance). Important to have the right expectations: the hotel is not new so there are some signs of an older generation construction, but rooms are very spacious and beds are fantastic and firm. Views from the restaurant and hotel rooms are stunning.

Suggest to put a ramp over the indoor staircase (only a few stairs) so residents don’t have to carry heavy suitcases to get to the lift.

It seems like they will close hotel next week. The room was dirty. No soap. Only in the bath. Spiders webs everywhere. The worst experience in Germany.

A bit cumbersome finding the room if located outside the main building as insuficiently signposted

sauna was unfortunately only half working…most cabins were cold, only 2 were functional during our stay. one of the 2 were the ‘Damensauna’ but were filled with men, so we ended up not using the sauna at all. one of the 2 bedrooms in our suite was forgotten (twice) during daily cleaning, which was an inconvenience, but the hotel is overall very clean
