Fantastic hotel

For one night my credit card was deducted $1600 instead of $280. So far the hotel did not correct it. That is not ok!

Well located, connected inside with a Shopping Mall

We was overly satisfied by the luxury and comfort of the hotel.

Amazing location on the marina. View from our room was outstanding. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were lovely. Food was very good. Pool also was really nice. It was so handy having the mall next door also.

Leider Dauerbeschallung von Partymusik am Pool, da durch Externen betriebener Club. Im Frühstücksbereich innen sehr kühl.

For a 5 star hotel, the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. We found ants in our bed after room cleaning and unfortunately the staff did not try to make up for it. We had to ask for a different room and partial refund, it was not offered. I’ll never stay here again.

The location was great few steps from the marina walk and the JBR

The hotel was rebranded after acquisition by the Marriott Group .There was no renovation of the rooms decoration or furniture.The previous hotel ( the address) was more luxurious and very classy.

Hotel bellissimo, la vista della camera è stupenda. Inoltre l’hotel ha una piscina grande dove offrono tanti servizi come colazione, brunch, pranzo o bevande tutto buono. La posizione è ottima, anche se distante da Dubai Downtown. L’hotel è attaccato e collegato a Dubai Marina Mall, comodo per trovare negozi di qualsiasi tipo o per cambiare i contanti. La colazione molto buona con varietà di scelta per chiunque.

Maggior accortezza da parte dello staff sopratutto il tempo del check in.

Die Lage war super. Frühstück war reichhaltig und qualitativ hochwertig.

Zimmer war nicht für 4 Personen parat, als wir gegen 23 Uhr ankamen.

The check in process was a disaster! We arrived at 8.30am after an overnight flight and were told that we would get a text when the room was ready. No text was received by 3.30pm and were told the room wasn’t ready yet! Finally got in at 4.39pm. I was told the manager would ring about the problem but he didn’t bother to contact us. I was asked to pay for the room on arrival at 8.30am. After we checked in at 4.39pm they tried to get us to pay again as it wasn’t on the system. On 8th January I have been charged again for the entire stay and this has caused my credit card to exceed its limit. I am waiting for this to be urgently resolved as it is causing us problems as we are now in Seychelles. Very very poor.

Everything, such a beautiful hotel, smells amazing from the moment you step in. Great size rooms, clean and tody. Housekeeping did an excellent job on daily basis with follow up visit during evening time. Breakfast was delicious with variety of options, staff so attentive and friendly, Mustafa and his whole team are an asset to the team, well done! Direct access to Marina Mall is an added bonus. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Music at the pool can be a bit loud for families with young children.

Сервис ужасный! Три дня подряд просила на ресепшен пополнить мини бар - просто этого не делали! После уборки номера не было тапочек, также ходила и просила донести их! Зубная паста и зубная щетка - один раз дали миниатюру! Тоже надо было спускаться и просить! Это все такие мелочи, но настроение портят! Отель не тянет на 5 звезд с таким сервисом! Завтраки однообразные.

Tutto perfetto, dalla vista strepitosa, alla piscina, alla pulizia estrema. Abbiamo aggiunto anche la colazione e non ce ne siamo pentiti, varia, abbondante e ottima in una bella sala con vista sulla marina. Personale molto attento e gentile, hanno subito accolto la nostra richiesta di cambio stanza (ce ne avevano data una al settimo piano proprio sopra la piscina), dandocene una molto spaziosa al 12° piano con vista spettacolare. Camera lussuosa, letto perfetto, bagno grande e doccia impeccabile con prodotti di alta qualità. Terrazzino con vista magica. La camera viene pulita la mattina e sistemata anche il pomeriggio. Piscina incantevole a dir poco. Al check out ci hanno lasciato la stanza qualche ora in più avendo il volo la sera. Un soggiorno da 10 e lode, grazie!

L’emplacement est top. Nous sommes à 20 min à pied de JBR. L’hôtel est très beau et très propre. La literie… un confort inégalable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, beaucoup de choix et les horaires sont large

Cleanliness (lowest possible), amenities not for a 5 star hotel. The room description says a king bed however it is a double bed

Fabulous choices, various types of food and drink, beautiful terrace, excellent service and polite helpful personnel

Sofa bed was not made up, I had to call reception to order bedding. The sitting area of the room was very tight with the bed open.

This is a wonderful hotel, the staff is friendly and very attentive, the location is incredible and you could easily not have to move far from it and still enjoy everything!

I checked in very late and found the room wasn’t properly ready for me, however they made up for it the following day

It’s a bit pricey but worth it

Struttura favolosa al centro di Dubai Marina,e collegato con il Marina mall ,accoglienza super, camera spaziosa e ben arredata con tutti i servizi gestiti tramite ipad, PISCINA STREPITOSA, per il mio compleanno mi hanno fatto trovare in camera, petali di rose e un dolce, ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati per tutto il soggiorno, ci torneremo.

Elegante Hotel nella zona di Dubai Marina (per chi legge la migliore zona per soggiornare), camera spaziosa, cibo ottimo, vista eccezionale, bellissima piscina e palestra super attrezzata. Spa di dimensioni limitate e prezzi servizi esagerati.
