the bathroom sink smelled like a sewer. we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. the shower holder was broken. could not position the shower head without soaking the floor. the soap dispenser was broken so we couldn’t get shampoo/soap in the shower. the wifi only worked in the kitchen over the sink.

the elevator was fragile. and all or the above.

The late checkin process was smooth, I suppose. They prepared an info message for us with everything we needed to get in through the various gates and into our rooms. It was very easy.

The room was miserable, but I suppose this is what you get for the amount we paid for the room. I found 3 bugs in the room, there were cobwebs in a corner of the ceiling, and the ventilation next to the toilet looked like it had been peed on.

Good value.

Rooms good layout also. Very basic, bed lockers too low. No safe in the room for me. It's great to go to your hotel, rent the safe lock thing's away and enjoy your holiday.

Ideal Location to catch early morning Flight

absolutely nothing, it was vile!

everything we couldnt even getting im the locked metal gates, it was like a jail! then when checking out for our flight no code was provided to get back out of it!

Near the airport.

It was a room with two separate rooms (with two beds) . 1) The doorbell to enter the parking lot for the 1st time (when we have no code yet) does not work. You have to leave the car and go to the reception and ask for it 2) No heating in the separate room 3) Aeration grid works badly, it makes too much noise to let us sleep .. 4) no kettle 5) Bathroom basket had a broken foot-button, so you have to open the lid with your hand 6) There is a shower gel in the shower, but the container is blocked so you cannot use it 7) The bed base of the central room makes too much noise when simply moving 8) the elevator makes scary noises - it seems like it will fall apart 9) Hair found in the shower 10) aaaand , I found a used crumpled towel in the bathroom cupboard !!!

Quiet, clean and warm..I could walk from airport or get bus 13

The badest expérience i had is in this hôtel i pay and all and in the and they didnt give me the keys and let me in the street all thé night with no answer

The room was spacious and a great location, 20 minutes walk from the airport and 10 minutes walk to the train station.

Good location, ok breakfast. Good beds.

The living room where we slept was very noisy all the time due to fridge or air conditioning or possibly both. We were expecting a bunk bed for our kids (13 year old girl and a 10 year old boy) as photos showed on booking page but instead they had a double bed.

very spacious apartment with 1 bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. small kitchen with all the amenities, perfect for a family.

it is located close to the airport which is great but there is not much around the hotel. For us this wasn’t a problem because we planned for this beforehand.

spacious accommodation with microwave, fridge and cooker which was a nice addition even though it wasn’t required during my stay. Spotlessly clean. A 15 minute walk to the airport to catch an early morning flight.

Nothing springs to mind. Everything was satisfactory.

Easy check-in.

The building itself looks a bit dodgy, bathroom not 100% clean. The fuse box was open when we entered the room.

My reservation was confirmed by sms and email but when I arrived to the place, around 10 minutes after reception hours, enter the gate by given code I was not able to get the key to room. So I call i number given to contact in case of trouble and than I heard that they do not have any room for me. And than AFTER I noticed that they marked my credit card as not valid. It is to 2027 valid and in system I made reservation with it. So, with help of so nice employees of Holiday Inn I go to Ibis Hotel, and payed for everything with the card that Appart'City did not accept. Thank you for refusing me your poor services. Ibis and Holiday Inn do it soo much better. Thanks to them my first time in Marsyllie was great experience.
