Het was er wel gehorig en hoorden de buren buiten praten tot bijna 3u 's nachts...Oordopjes moeten gebruiken.

Es ist ein kleines Hotel mit schöner Lage, netten Personal und gutem Frühstück. Man hat kostenloses Parken an der Strasse, was nicht so viel befahren ist und sicher ist. Man läuft ca 100 m, also weniger als eine Minute. Da ist auch direkt ein Restaurant, was zu dem Hotel gehört und tolles Abendessen serviert. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und das WC hat ein Fenster. Für Naturliebhaber ist es ein toller Ausgangspunkt fur Wanderungen.

Todo estupendo. Habitación tranquila, amplia y con un balcón estupendo. El desayuno genial. Ubicación fácil, con sitio para aparcar. Próximo al Sotama y muy cerca de Potes.

The position of the hotel is perfect. The views of the Picts de Europa were to die for. The room was delightful with fantastic bed linen. The breakfast was excellent. The family run restaurant was had good home made cooking with nice local wine. We had fun with our fellow guests who were biking round Spain.

Hemos hecho el camino Lebaniego y nos hemos alojado dos noches en este precioso hotel.
El Hotel es precioso y está puesto con mucho gusto, la habitación era preciosa y muy amplia, con una cama magnifica y almohadas estupendas para un descanso reparador,
Tienen mimado hasta el último detalle, el desayuno también es magnífico y todo perfectamente organizado y con mucho gusto, hasta el detalle de poner música de fondo mientras desayunas. Todo el personal es súper amable y te hacen una estancia muy cómoda y fácil , incluido el restaurante y su personal.
También tienen una terraza jardín de lo más agradable y todo con mucho gusto.
Lo recomiendo muchísimo, es un lugar para regresar sin duda!!

I booked an apartment but got a message that they only have a room left, so took the room instead.
The room had 3 balconies one of which had a lot of mice droppings.
Also the room was too hot to sleep comfortably at night with temperature more than 26C. No rooms have AC.

Fantastic mountain views. When we arrived, our host provided us with access to tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were very friendly and made us most welcome.
Would have liked to know that the restaurant was shut on Sunday evening, when making the booking. We had a bad nights sleep, due to a dog constantly barking and howling nearby, this was no fault of the hotel.

Excellent room (large) with narrow balcony with great views, good restaurant close by
breakfast was basic but may have been due to being out of season, shower over bath and could be hard to get out of

This is the best place to stay! Amazing views of the mountains and valley, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable cosy room with balcony. Plus their restaurant serves superb local food. A real treat in a lovely quiet setting.

The view from our hotel room was wonderful. We enjoyed our last stay here pre-covid and it was just as wonderful again. The garden is lovely and is a great place to relax. A nice walk into Potes too. A good meal in the nearby associated restaurant too.
A good breakfast but it would be improved by having tea and coffee made rather than using a machine or boiling the kettle yourself. Only a very minor complaint

Great location for touring the Pico's .Rooms large with a balcony with table and chairs. Bathroom a good size.
pleasant seating areas around the hotel no bar on site but there was a vending machine on patio with cans of lager and nibbles
Restaurant was a short distance away and required pre booking it was v popular. Potes was a short drive away and if you had transport would have been an alternative venue for eating. We stayed 2 nights . Toured the Potes triangle on our motorcycles stunning roads.. note to oneself check for cycle races in this area we only managed the route by sheer luck as it was shut all weekend for some major cycle races.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic everything was in a corner by the patio door so it was difficult getting in and out with people sorting out their toast etc if you were eating on the patio. you couldnt get in the fridge to access juice etc if someone was using the toaster bit of a picky point but niggled us all . the breakfast choice was ok but accessing it was not

Located in a valley, in a very small village. Perfect location to get away. It is fully equipped with kitchen, living room, television, garden…
It’s hard to find. The GPS takes you to the neighbor’s house and there are no signs to tell you you’ve arrived or where to park.
Breakfast is nice but a bit chaotic the way it’s organized. We always look for quiet places and the dining room, although gorgeous, can get loud and crowded. You have to stand in a queue for everything. We would have preferred to have had table service. Although COVID is virtually over, buffets still seem unhygienic.

Great location to explore Los Picos de Europa. Very friendly and attentive hosts, great facilities. The hotel's restaurant deserves a special mention - the best food we had in Cantabria!

Hotel was beautiful,very clean and comfortable, we arrived with our two motorcycles and given the garage to Park them in with space for at least 6 motorcycles.
We were made very welcome Breakfast was good and the owners have a restaurant which you are able to book your evening meal.
Ideal location for Picos de ropa.
Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back again ☺️

The hotel is very cute and cosy, the staff is wonderful, the restaurant Casa Fofi that belongs to the hotel is delicious, location is perfect, couple of minutes away from Potes, we highly recommend this accommodation !

Very nice family hotel an,d great servicing people . Breakfast could use an update ; or regular chnange of content, especially if you stay longer then 2 days.Excellent location visit the Picos and Portes.
Breakfast. no airco or cooling van when hot. Info at arrival.(there is a free pool across the road and no one told us . Very convenient as we had up to 39 degrees

We had booked here because I saw a review that the owners had allowed the customer to park their motorcycle in the garage as the alternative was on road parking. The owners extended the courtesy to us and we were grateful. The village was very small and peaceful and we had great views of the mountains. The room was well specified and although there were no tea making facilities in the room the breakfast room with all drinks was available all day an night. Breakfast was a great continental selection with more than enough for everyone.
Slightly disappointed that we managed to arrive early and there was no one around until 3pm. It did state that rooms weren't available until then but it was tiring to wait in the sun until someone arrived. We did receive emails saying that the restaurant was closed all day on a Tuesday so we found a restaurant en route to ensure we had eaten but the owner said when we arrived that the restaurant would be open for guests only on Tuesday evening. It would have been nicer to eat onsite had we known that. The email clearly said the restaurant was closed all day Tuesday.
