Great hotel. Perfect location, beautiful beach and nice pools. The food was very good, a lot of variety. The room was big (huge bath) and very clean, they change the towels and clean it twice a day. Very friendly staff.

There wasn't much to do in the evenings, the public areas were a bit "dead" and no music or atmosphere (besides the lady that plays the piano at dinner which was really nice). Also we didn't like the fact that there is no drinking water anywhere in the hotel and they charge you for water everywhere (including at dinner). And why no air conditioning in the gym...?!

Unser Aufenthalt war äußerst erfolgreich. Sowohl wir als auch unser kleiner Hund haben sich in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden auf Schritt und Tritt mit Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit empfangen. Das gesamte Team vom Management bis zu den Zimmermädchen war sehr freundlich. Unsere Suite, die wir als Gegenleistung für den Wechsel von Elounda Bay Palace zu Elounda Beach and Villas erhielten, war sehr komfortabel und hatte einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht. Die tägliche Reinigung und der Zimmerservice waren perfekt. Das Essen vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Auswahl war hervorragend und das Essen in den Themenrestaurants war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war hilfreich bei der Auswahl ausgezeichneter Weine und anderer Getränke. Der Service in den Restaurants war professionell, taktvoll und sehr freundlich. Nach einem solch ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt werden wir sicherlich bald wieder hierher zurückkehren, in Gesellschaft unserer Freunde und natürlich mit unserem Hund "Sparki". der sich sehr wohl fühlte und vom gesamten Personal verwöhnt wurde. Ein besonderer Dank für die wunderbare Atmosphäre geht an Lina und "Freitag", die eine sehr herzliche Bindung zu den Gästen aufgebaut haben. Nochmals vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal. Die Matrazen im Bett waren für uns ein bisschen zu hart , ansonsten keine andere Bemerkungen.

This resort exceeded all expectations. Enormous thought and planning has clearly been put into the design and facilities as it catered for all needs. The breakfast and dinner was over the top in terms of choice, quality and amount of food. The private beaches were superb and there was also a huge pool. More than enough beach lounges for everyone. It’s only a short walk into the really pretty town full of shops. We cannot recommend this highly enough.

Really friendly staff, from the reception to the beach staff, the restaurants, the snack bar, the cleaning staff. Perfect!!! Special thanks to the guest relations manager Yannis!!! The food in the main restaurant...amazing...breakfast and dinner buffet...just exceptional. Beach was 10+++, the sea...amazing. The pools were clean... perfection. We will be coming back!!!! Best vacation so far (family, 2 kids)

You can see that the complex Elounda bay dates from 1970...but really..it doesn't bother at all. Really nothing negative... Everything was beyond perfect

The resort is made of 2 hotels which are both great. Nice place, nice environment and many activities.

The rooms are big and clean but you can feel they are a bit old. Old electricity plugs, old equipments in the bathroom. The option to get breakfast and diners included is OK but be careful with the extras. Prices are too high. Charging 5 euros for a bottle of still water is way too much...

Excellent hotel with great staff and marvelous location! They even upgraded us to a larger room so they could offer us the best experience since we traveled with our dog! Loved everything about it! Excellent food and wide selection of restaurants! The buffet was top.

Marvelous beaches, perfect food. Free sport activities. Staff is very friendly (dining room staff is lovely). Chose direct sea view. Side sea view is too "side".

- soft-boiled eggs need to be cooked a little longer;) - outdoor swimming pool could be opened earlier. Some people would like to swim before breakfast, not after. During the day people prefer swimming in the sea. Pool is necessary for keeping the body fit, before eating. - drinks in the beach bar could be better for the price
