Lovey hotel but expensive for a one night stay

Breakfast was the same every day but predictable and good. Rooms were a little old - some mold and wear and tear, but overall very nice. The AC was appreciated! Also nice that we felt very secure in the facility because they lock the door every night and check for room numbers. Would stay again.

Hotel is a good brand I usually get the similar quality. The furniture was modern like. Breakfast was good, Location was on the river bank and close to railway station. Easy and cheap parking was offered in the near NCP parking place.

Hotel quality was not as good as expected based on the price. The room was very tiny, request for baby cot was refused due to lack of space. Due to river bank and near railway station trashy streets and bad people nearby.

Exceptionally helpful reception staff

Problem with carpet debris type of jaggy plant on floor.I took pictures for reception (I stood on it and got a thorn in my foot) reception inspected the room and immediately allocated us another room.That evening we received complimentary drinks..thank you.

Cleanliness and the breakfast was excellent.

I would have liked more leaflets available about the surrounding area and the museum that were in the vicinity.

Good, easy to reach location for us. Buffet breakfast was brilliant, well cooked and plenty on offer.

Friday night city noise, very exposed to it being opposite a bar. Air-conditioning unit noisy. One mouldy pillow cushion but otherwise ok.

Good location, friendly staff, parking was arranged close by. Good breakfast buffet.

Could not get any bar meals on Saturday night as there were only two staff on duty.

When we come to Glasgow we always book this hotel as it’s central to city always spotless & staff very friendly & welcoming

Well bar used to be open later other half’s only grumble 🤣😂

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplätze ausreichend gegenüber vorhanden. Frühstück hat positiv überrascht. Alles was man in England erwartet

Das Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Und die Sauberkeit hat leider auch zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Personal an der Rezeption teilweise relativ unfreundlich

the breakfast was not good at all. beacon and sausages were smelly and dry. the scrambled eggs did not have any taste.

Very friendly staff and good facilities. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect- just minutes walk from main Xmas fairs and markets, queens st station and central station. Very good value
