Buffet très bien préparé avec ce que nous espérions.

Up with the best I have stayed in. Spotlessly clean room. Comfortable bed. Immaculate grounds. Best of all the breakfast. Everything fresh. Amazing selection. All this in a surprisingly quiet location just 5 minutes drive from the centre of beautiful Saintes. Plenty of onsite parking. Friendly efficient service.

Rooms a little snug

Comfy beds, clean and small yet perfectly formed for short to medium stays. Little bedside light and shelf. Tv with remote and multiple channels. Bed and linen clean and welcoming. Our room looked fresh with zingy lime accents and a funky chair for the dresser in front of the mirror where an electric and usb socket was located. Staff were helpful and friendly from the reception through to the smiling cleaning lady that suggested where we could get lunch! Merci becoup! 😊👌🏼

Bedside lighting was too close to heads, and two of us banged our heads on this. Air con unit wasn't working so I switched this off and left it then switched back in and worked fine. Well used blind which was broken in that the blind wasn't able to fully block the light. No bin other than sanitary use in the bathroom. Location of usb socket best located by beds for alarm call and overnight charging

Convenient to motorway

Expensive for a small box! Bathroom taps were dirty, shower was like a cupboard and you had to hold the button to keep the water on; aircon didn’t work properly snd couldn’t leave window open as too noisy. Only recommend as a last resort!

Easy simple location to get to, ideal for staying over for one night if you were doing a long journey. The room was basic, small but adequate for the one night I stayed.

Bedding. One pillow just didn't give me much rest.

I arrived late and the reception staff had gone by then. To access the security gate there was a automated check in which open the security gate and provided the room. However there were no instruction with the booking, the receptionist barely spoke English and the machine was hidden and unlit to the side of the reception building. It took some time, two phone calls and alot of trial and error before the system was understood. The room was very comfortable, clean and convenient.

Checking in out-of-hours was very challenging. Limited English speaking receptionist.

Everything was perfect. We wanted to rest after a long trip by car and this is what we could do. Room was OK, bed was great, no noise, Breakfast was really really good. I would repeat

The room was compact but enough room for one night.

The building was like containers and scaffolding structure. it was noisy as dog friendly and two rooms on or landing had dogs ad children who were allowed to run up and down until late.

We got what we paid for at £45 —basically a very small room and very compact shower, wash basin and toilet. The aircon worked well but there was no wifi. The receptionist just said “it’s in the room” but we found no trace of the required password. It was as late and the receptionist was gone so we could not get wifi and had to use expensive mobile data on our mobile phones.
