Location is top! Might get a bid loud at night, since there are a lot of restaurants and bars surrounding it.

Cleanliness, old, damaged, and outdated bath room. Lot's of minor damages around the room

the location is great for walking and easy access. staff was responsive when I complained about the noisy location and that I had explicitly requested a high up location. we hit second floor over a restaurant, also, there was a bachelorette party underneath us. I often feel that Bookings customers get the worst location no matter what we pay and ask for. I see a pattern that I am always disappointed with the room I have been given when I book through Bookings. not sure if the hotel staff resents Bookings customers or gives higher priority to others. given the fact of the location AND party, I demanded a better floor and got it. so, the good part was staff responded but only after talking to the manager.

very sparse furnishings. no decor at all. very institutional and dark. we got all the things they said we would get re microwave, fridge, plates and utensils, separated bedroom but no warmth. bathroom shower makes a mess in the floor but they give you plenty of towels.

They communicate poorly and don’t manage expectations. for example, on check in they tell you that the breakfast is from 7am, but they don’t tell you that on weekends it’s from 8am. Or they assume everyone knows that an apart hotel doesn’t not provide room cleaning services.

Great location especially during Fete des lumières (most of main sightseeing and installations are in walking distance). Room is very spacious and bed is really big

Prices are doubled in December, but it is the same for all the accommodations in area
